I don’t really do review but it happened couple times at this location before. I request for some ketchup and no cheese in my buger but when I got home I have to remove the cheese out and also no ketchup as I requested. 👎

Absolutely horrible experience! The Manager with the dark hair was extremely rude yelling at her employees where everyone could hear her about their times, making them cancel orders for breakfast that were ordered already during breakfast. It is absolutely uncalled for unprofessional for someone to treat their employees like that. Never will I go to this location again, especially with that woman working there. Someone needs to check on those employees because she may not have very many employees left. I'm sure she has a lot of turnover speaking to people like that. Also, McDonald's you're losing money when your employees act like that and are constantly canceling orders for breakfast. You had like five different people there wanting breakfast that already ordered it and some of them had paid for it but you canceled it. What a B**.

By far some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. Every single time. Horrible attitudes. Food thru the drive thru is NEVER EVER RIGHT. Then when you ask them to fix it they treat you horribly. We came in one visit and they fixed our food wrong THREE TIMES! It was literally a plain double hamburger. I even said just put two hamburger patties on a dry plain bun. Wrong over and over. Definitely need some training and a change of attitudes all around. Even management.

By far the filthiest restaurant ever been in. Lobby was torn apart, nearly every seat broken, missing or covered in food. Trash bins overflowing and floors covered in garbage. Waited over 15 minutes to place an order, never was greeted, had to place order on kiosk. Person sleeping in a booth. DEFINITELY KEEP ON DRIVING

I wanted to take advantage of the promotion in the McDonald's app, where a person can redeem points for a food item. When I went through the drive through and I gave them the code from the app for the food item I was ordering. I was quite disappointed the way I received my quarter pounder, there was lots of grease all over the top bun of the burger and in the lid of the box. The burger was just carelessly slapped together, like there was no consideration of the appearance and quality of the food. I'll have to think twice before ordering food from this McDonald's again. I wish I had taken a picture of the burger.

Went inside to order food to go, no one was at the register so I grabbed a kid that was mopping, he took my order and completely gave me the wrong change back and refused to get the money back then it took 20 minutes for two $1 burgers and fries. One lady cooking was on her personal cell phone while cooking, one was walking around eating. When I asked about my food and told them the # the kid that took my order gave me the wrong one, finally after asking another employee he hands it to me while eating and says “mm” to get my attention. Terrible service and dirty. I will not be back.

I come to this store daily most often in the afternoon or evening and sometimes twice a day. I've been coming to this store for probably 10 years now and pretty much know all the employees. I'll become very fond of Jennifer and Kara so we're both managers and often work in the afternoon or evening. There's another nice manager named Lisa who often works mornings and afternoons. I eat at the three main franchises in town but mostly at Cochran franchises because they care about their customers more. This particular store is closest to where I live and it's good to see workers who I consider also friends. I've always been treated well as a customer and as a person and that isn't something you can say at most fast foods. Of course it helps that I'm in the store fairly often. I just wanted to compliment these three managers with this review and there's many of other nice hourly workers who make the experience pleasurable. Glad to have these workers represent McDonald's and Cochran's in a top-notch fashion.n ,

My burger was raw. I didn't notice it until I was half way through eating it. I'm so disgusted. I will never go to this location again. When I called the manager to let her know she was so rude about it acted like i was lying and wanted me to bring the raw cheeseburger back and wasn't willing to accept the pictures. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered a small Carmel frappe, Fish fillet with tartar on the side, small fry , hamburger only ketchup, and McDouble. Got to the bottom of my frappe and whatever this is came up my straw , it was slimy , and looks like a Maggot, I called to inform them and the girl who answered said “I’m sorry but I don’t believe that , you can bring it in” as if I were lying and was being rude , I’ve felt sick since I drink the frappe .
