The store was completely empty except for the employees and it took 10 minutes to get my order and when I finally got it all the onion rings were old and cold and stale. Something has to be done with all these restaurants not giving the best quality of food

Do not go here went yesterday I was given 2 8 piece nuggets one was old and dry and the other was fresh I simply and politely asked for a different bag because I wanted my whole experience to taste good The guy working in the kitchen bit I to my nugget and put it in my bag I called told the manager she was rude and said I was wrong when I mentioned checking the cameras her attitude changed I asked to speak to the gym she said she didn't have his number and if youve ever been a manger at fast food you know that's a lie I've called a couple times and have been ignored I'm looking to find out who owns this place so I can get ahold of the office and have it dealt with if anyone has info let me know pls until then I'll have to research it and find it myself the manager is of no help at all

I was ordering in drive through and everything was going well, until she can’t hear me and told me if I’m done ordering, and I said no and she said “go to drive through” like no I wasn’t even done ordering and they over charge me something that I didn’t ordered, like that’s acceptable

They pretty much met my expectations with no extra fluff or excitement. You'll probably want to ask for napkins if you're doing the drive thru because they are not a default.

So I go to get food tonight at 7:15 at BK and of course like usual the Dining room is closed because they can’t function and run a restaurant fully with 4 employees. Even though when I was a teen at Taco Bell we did it all the time. So the drive through is slow and they’re holding people at speaker so the can fool corporate or whoever into thinking they have fast service times. While waiting I watch two employees get out of a car and proceed to the dumpster area where they stay for a good ten minutes. When they come out you can tell they’re high. So instead of keeping your restaurant running during dinner on a Friday the manager thinks it’s ok to let employees take a break to go get high. Sad pathetic world we’re in where professionalism and customer service first isn’t a thing anymore.

Awful Shake and rude employee. Ordered a chocolate shake and a brownee shake. They hand out a vanilla shake with some spots in it and tell me that is the brownie shake. Have you ever had vanilla brownies? No. I have had this before and it is chocolate. Didn't care to fix it and just told me that's it when I questioned them. This location has been getting worse and worse each visit.

Unfortunately this is one of the rare locations where I am unsatisfied with my order. After waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes then at the window (after paying) for another 10 minutes. I had to repeat my order to two different employees then again to one of them. Got home 3-5 minutes away and the sandwich they remade twice was cold and soggy. Who the hell serves untoasted sourdough bread with a burger..... No receipt, no napkins, no straws, and drinks were both diet (ordered coke). On a side note the fries were hot...

Drive through was backed up to the rd so we went inside. Our order was taken and food arived fast. The stoor was clean and I love the open floor plan makes me feel safe. We got the new Impossable burger one cheese one without. They where sooooooo good. Way better then I expected. So much so I questioned weather they where not meat. Fantastic service great food.

Very recently remodeled inside and out.. right off Kingston Pike and the interstate..it has an odd parking lot they share with Buddy's Bar-b-q. The remodel now finally has this location modern.. old bldg was probably 30 yrs old. They had a kids' play are before. They have removed it and now have much more open seating.
