The staff is engaging and eager to help. The food is consistent & flavorful! This is one of the few fast food places that ALL of the tables were wiped down & clean!

Everytime I go here (which isn't very often), several entree options are near empty and dried out. So if you want something fresh, your choices will be further limited. Also, there is zero extra sauce on the entrees and they won't give you extra even if you ask. You're stuck with using a rather generic sweet and sour packet (like a ketchup packet) if you want your rice to have any flavor. And this doesn't match the flavor of your chosen entree. The spring roll contents are pretty much mush although they are hot and crispy. Again....only the sweet and sour packet for dipping. No duck sauce....I do not recommend. This is not great fast food Chinese.

I just received supposedly big plate for $13 dollars and some change which looks to me like small plate. I didn't see beef on the beef and broccoli order I ordered. Secondly it's tasteless unlike other Pandas I have been to...

Love the grilled chicken teriyaki (have to ask for the teriyaki sauce though). Big fan of the broccoli (may have to get the beef with it). Service is fast and efficient. You will be asked each visit to donate to a charity so if you eat here regularly (like me) it can get expensive. Enjoy the meals!

Great fast friendly service and super clean bathrooms. I'm not a fan but my husband loves their food. It was very good today. And a surprising large portion of chicken. Best I've ever had at this chain. Thank you for the great experience.

Visited the Knoxville Tennessee Cedar Bluff location. I usually get the orange chicken, they were out so I settled on mushroom chicken. Bad choice. The chicken was very fatty and there was no seasoning on it. Didn’t care for it at all. Took it back up to the man at the register, explained my dilemma. I wasn’t asking for a refund or a full new bowl. All I wanted to do was exchange the chicken for the orange chicken that now had come out to the front line. He told me that just because I didn’t like it wasn’t a good enough reason for them to exchange it for me. He also said if I wanted to, I could go back thru the line and purchase the orange chicken for a discount. Not very good customer service in my book. They need to accommodate customers better.

Kids like it, so we go, that's changing, starting with, issues concerning portion control. Walked in and was asked whether dining in or take away, stated in house and they pulled out a small plate for a 2 item meal which paled in comparison to the individuals next to me, who were taking their food togo and received twice the amount of food. Another important issue(s), the broccoli, when it sits too long in the warming bin, starts to taint and the flavor radically changes. All sweetened items, orange chic, etc. also while sitting too long in the warmers starts to caramelize and become super sweet, to the point of inedible.

Probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. I gave them 2 chances and here's what happened. The first time, they barely fill a scoop when giving meat or chow mien. When I asked how much it would cost to add an extra entrée to my plate, they said $1.25 but was charged almost $5. Lady gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked if I could add the extra entrée. The plates seemed smaller too then other locations, so the fact that it wasn't even filled up to the small compartments in the box was pretty sad. Food quality was about par compared to most Panda Express locations for Orange Chicken, Sweetfire Chicken Breast, and Chow Mien, but again, the issue was the portion size. Only exception for quality was the Beijing Beef was just straight up mush. I went back a week later with a coupon I got. Went through the drive through. They took the coupon and said it was invalid. I contacted Panda Express directly, and they said that the coupon was still active and valid. They said that the location probably just messed it up. Definitely won't be going back unless I have no other choices.

I order the orange chicken bowl and brown rice with egg roll. The service was friendly and very helpful and the dining room was clean. The taste of the food and the quantity for the price was not my favorite. My son took two bits and we threw the rest of the lunch entree in the trash.

I am so glad that there is a Panda Express in W Knox finally. Its brand new so super clean and well staffed. The food is very good chinese food and always very consistent whichever location you visit. My favorite is the beijing beef and the kung pow chicken.
