Yeah not impressed.... The filling of prescriptions must involve some incredibilty complicated math as takes hours to get one filled. I'm pretty sure is transferring from a large bottle to a smaller one....

I received a text that my RX was ready. I'm currently not in NC and did not ask for a refill. I called to cancel the item and the person I spoke to argued that my profile didn't have any auto refills. I know that, I created the profile, so why is someone at this pharmacy refilling the prescription? This isn't my first problem with this CVS. In May, I wanted to get the shingles vaccine but without even checking I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. Fortunately the Walgreens across the street checked and it was covered. If you are in KDH do yourself a favor and use Walgreens.

Lack of consistent inventory. It is hit and miss...with way too many misses. Prices are also over inflated on most products. I do realize this is OBX but compared to other drug stores in the area this does seem to be most expensive on most over-the-counter products that I have used. This place just gets worse and worse. Self checkout registers never work properly. Avoid at all costs

The only thing I do not like is that we wait too long for prescriptions to get filled; over an hour & longer. Recently, on 1 occasion, my mom's doctor electronically sent in 2 prescriptions together in the same message for her prescriptions. When we went to pick them up(a whole day later), they nly had 1 ready, saying they hadn't fill the 2nd prescription, but could have it ready in an hour!! Why didn't they fill them both at the same time together???

The staff member and pharmacist in the driver thru were very rude. I was ill and with my elderly grandmother who has dementia— The drive thru pre-recorded message advertisement showing they sell OTC items for cold, however both the pharmacist and the cashier refused to walk a few feet snd get the item off the shelf. The pharmacist’s name was Anakee (sp?) I could not see name tag but she did tell me her name. I think this was a disgusting display of customer service- especially in today’s time.

I was sick at the start of my vacation (March 2022). Popped in here for some medicine and cough drops. Prices were a tad high, but I needed the meds. Thankfully they worked and I was able to enjoy my vacation.

Don’t test PCR here. My parents took the test on the same drive through and my dad got his the next day and my mom got her result 3 days later (at 1am). Long story short they had to delay their flight for 2 extra days and get retested (at Walgreens).
