Walk in to the washer dryer secson look at all of them I should say is over 10 minutes no one ever come by to see I need help or not after another 10 minutes I have to look for a staff myself.

They have some kind of pilot program going on here. I think 6 of 100 stores are doing it. Kinda looks like a mini Best Buy / showroom, mixed in with half Amazon Warehouse. I think their game plan has promise. What's faster than same day? How about same hour😎. They're still tweaking their inventory, had to order a headset for future pickup. If you don't know, Best Buy has migrated to a 'Total Care' type optional membership which gets you free tech help, installs, discounts, extended warranty and what not. From me, a stingy I.T. person, I think they have something going on here. I mean unlimited tech support?!? I can see less tech savvy people getting value out of this.

As of now no comment on returning some of the items I just purchased, but the laptop computer ,maybe it's worthed anyway, but before I was so skeptical to keep it, there's a un answered questions, that I needed to clarify, somehow, it's answered lately so it's 75% I need to keep it. No comments on the service they given, but almost , perhaps I understand it, no more further hullabaloo.

Recently remodeled. Store area has been reduced, but looks cleaner and better organized. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Visible from the street and the freeway. Restrooms available to the public. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly for the most part. This is a reduced store in that they use it as a distribution center. But still well stocked. Was surprised at how many open boxed TVs available for sale. They ranged from 55 to 70 plus inches.

Made a purchase of Blink camera bundle with Brandon ( who advised me if I needed any tech support to just call the geek squad) at the City of Industry store on 8/4 to be delivered on 8/5. (Note, I asked 4 separate employees for assistance with Blink cameras....only 1 out of 4 employees had any familiarity with these cameras???) Did not receive via OnTrac till 8/6. On 8/7, spent most of the a.m. trying to sync so called the 800 number for tech support. When Javier called back from tech support, he advised me that he was clueless about Blink cameras although it was in the information provided to him before he called me back? He than tried to convince me to pay $279 for the geek squad to come set up in my home for me? When I asked if there is anyone who I can talk to for free. He put me on hold to ask if anyone would talk to me for free on the phone??? Then after 10 minutes Javier hung up on me??? I took the cameras back to Industry store to see if anyone would help me. Tish said no one can do anything for me in the store because my wifi is at my home. Then she consulted with her boss who told me all the geek squad would tell me on the phone is to follow the directions on the Blink app?? He proceeded to say if the Module was not synching that my router was not strong enough for the cameras? Bogus!!! I returned the cameras and will never go into another Best Buy ever again! There is a reason why employees out number the customers.

Best Buy in City of Industry was a pretty good experience. The lady greeting at the door was cool and showed me exactly where I needed to go. The gentleman who helped me with my pick up order had patience, I asked for a gift receipt for the items I picked up and it took some time because I asked for the gift receipts after the transaction had finished so that was my fault but the employee didn't give any attitude and asked his coworkers for assistance which both coworkers were cool enough to assist him with helping me. After all that was finished , the employee at the exit was kind enough to answer my question.

When in to buy a refrigerator and was quickly assisted by an employee named Steve. Very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we bought what we wanted and was very knowledgeable of the products and services.

Super efficient staff. Was able to get that one on one experience customer service. I came in not knowing they were under construction and were open basically to have orders be picked up in store. Nonetheless, I was still helped and was still able too buy something on the spot. I forget her name but the female staff with glasses and slightly curled purple hair tips was super nice and friendly. She understood what I can and and cannot afford, and what my needs were. I left having all my needs met and had a wonderful experience because of her and the person up front. I'm glad I took his advice of parking to the side and walking up to the tent to be further helped.
