Terrible. Placed online order at 3pm -got text saying it was ready at 730pm. Went to pick up next morning at 10am. After waiting for 30 minutes- was told they didn’t have all the items & no attempt to help locate at another store.

The shop itself is great. It has just about everything you need. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because of how difficult it is to get into the lot. That's not really the store's fault, though.

I placed an order online for 8 packs of some product. I got notification email at 7:55pm saying the order was ready to pick up. On the next day when I came to the store, I was told there were only two packs available for me to pick up and six packs were canceled. They canceled most part of my order without notification and told me to pick up my order?! How ridiculous! If I already knew there were only two to pick up, I would have canceled the whole order. I later called the store filing a complaint and learned they made a mistake in the inventory so there were only two packs in stock (it showed 144 when I placed the order). I was very unhappy with this experience. I will go shopping in the brea store in the future.

Parking is a little tough,friendly staff,plenty of items in stock, Returns was easy and fast thanks to Yolanda and Isabella very helpful.

As I was purchasing a storage container an employee came up to me. He found a tag and he told me I was using the wrong one. The tag he found was a for a wheeled container which was different than what I was purchasing. I explained to him and he said well it's still the wrong one and he tried peeling the tag off of my container. I told him it was the right one and he said it looked too big to be the tag one. I explained to him the only other one they had was a 12 gallon and I was purchasing a 27. He kept insisting it was the wrong one. I finally had to take out my measuring tape and show him it was the dimensions that it was showing on the tag. I paid for my items and left but he kept insisting that it was the wrong one. They need to do a better job training the employees

Only giving this a one star because Joanna was very helpful, either than that this place deserves 0 stars. A younger gentlemen had messed up my delivery and I had spoke with SARAH who claims to be supervisor about it. SHE IS THE WORST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LETS YOU EXPLAIN ANYTHING. SHE DOES NOT SOLVE ANY ISSUES OR EVEN LET YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO. Do not make the same mistake as me and come to this store unless you talk to Joanna directly because she is the only one that knows what she is doing.

Go here all the time. Staff are helpful and friendly. Have always found what I need... I even bought my washer and dryer here, as well as rented a van from these guys.

You can buy a lot of renovation materials and indoor kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, yards and gardens. You can choose some basic materials for other decorations here, such as wood boards, wires, water pipes, etc. You can also buy many household appliances here, such as electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. The service staff here are also very good. I love it. Shopping here is convenient and save money
