Gas is less. Quick check on tire pressure, and it's good. The people who don't know how to get in a gas line and not block access to two thirds of the pumps... Wish i could give them a rating! People cutting the line at multiple spots/turn-ins and falling asleep in line. Different Costco's have different types of people who frequent. Inside is just the almost "normal" chaos in a warehouse store that one enjoyed before the pandemic. The aisles are spaced out a bit more, allowing for the crowds. For the full spectrum of bulk products, one should visit the other warehouse store chain as well.

Getting to this Costco first time was confusing. Google maps was taking me in circles. Signage and barriers to the gas station was awkward. Glad there were workers keeping lines organized. I think I prefer the Monterey Park Costco better layout.

How is it that this Costco is so extremely slow at the food court? Every time there is about 3 people ahead, it takes at least 15 minutes. How can handing out hotdogs and slices of pizza take so long. Literally the slowest Costco food court I’ve ever been to. Not to mention how terrible their customers are.

Costco in city of industry It’s frustrating today I order 1 whole pizza and i waited 1 hour 😡😡 the cashier told me to wait for 20 mins. I called and talk to the store manager mike letting him know, but he never come out to solve the problem. Im very disappointed 😡

The store itself is average and not as good Sam Clubs. However the customer service is superb! Not very many stores can you walk into and get management themselves to help you take your product to your vehicle and make sure that you are safe in the parking lot. Kudos to Costco a good experience to its customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURNS IS NOT THE BEST!!! Contrary to what people think Costco does always accept returns because of your dissatisfaction with their products. They need a new system to search return because it’s what makes standing in the return line longer than needed (up to 30 min). They need more receptionist in the customer returns line to speed up the standing in line process. Not to mention the customer return receptionists are very rude. This Costco is too small for amount of customers that shop here. They need to expand the facility to make appropriate for the amount foot traffic they receive.

City of Industry has no control over their arrogant members who abuse this Costco service Incidences observed. 1) at gas station, an arrogant member pulls up at the front pump blocks two lane (adjacent to the pump and the center lane) and would not let us pass from behind till he finished pumping, we finished and he just started, attend stood there and watched, did nothing to make the member move the car in the lane adjacent to the pump and let us pass through the center lane. 2) food sample server at Costco, customer to picks up sample but accidentally drops it on the floor picks up another and starts walking away … server to customer : “aren’t you going to clean up your mess?”. Customer to server : “No it’s your store you clean it” 3) during Covid customers blatantly ignored sign requesting them not to try on shoes and not to sit on display furnitures, but customer were oblivious to sign so we’re the Costco employees who saw them, some customers used empty cartons and collect food sample and sat on displayed furniture to eat 4) At air pump I stood in line to fill up air… customer cuts in and is teaching his 3 year toddler to fill air while i stood in line patiently …. told the employees at tire center they would not help to witness the child endangerment or their arrogant behavior, Employee’s presence would have solved this incidence.

Nice and clean organized, plenty of parking but too crowded and some people don't wear masks, no gel stations. Other then that will be 5 stars, just my opinion.

Self check-out out lanes are great for customers, who go shopping very often and buy in a timely manner.
