I can't believe how bad customer service has been at this target , they are to the point that people are going to stop going , saddly to say the manager there his name is Darren was so rude , has always been very rude like he doesn't like anyone , when target should be very friendly, and welcoming, when in reality this target is very rude , you feel bad energy over all , I hope that Darren gets fire so that store can be more welcoming, I just can't believe how they said that the state of California state of California has to be price match only 1 team , when I call customer service and they said that is not true, all I can say again is hope that Darren gets fire asap .

I only shop at this target store. Not the biggest store but definitely one of the more clean and organized stores. The employees and managers always know how to help and excel at what they do. I have never been dissatisfied with any trip I’ve made here and I go here for anything and everything I need. Keep it up everybody, we appreciate you all.

Just called today and asked Lina in customer service desk for an item, her response immediately “ I can’t hold it to you! Without even asking me what I needed! I always enjoy buying at Target it’s a great store, it’s clearly for me that Target personal is under pressure! She should start asking what I am looking for. I gave her the information of the item and put me in hold for almost 10 minutes, and suddenly put someone else to help me!

The employees here are always kind, helpful, smiling, and phenomenal with helping. It’s also the cleanest and most organized Target I’ve been to. Every department here from the cashier, to the floor, to the Starbucks are so nice and welcoming. I even go out of my way to go to this particular Target 🎯. Thanks for hiring wonderful employees.💖

I see this Target still hasn't gotten better from last year. If anything, it's gotten worse and I can see most of the team members are gone that actually made this store tolerable. The store director and ETL from this Target are completely rude and a joke for customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Very very bad service at the Target in Rowland Heights store. All employees are rude, such as trying to passing around customers really close and fast, when I gave ways they never say thanks just ignored me. All of them. That's not common. The worst was the staff at self check out. One item tag was missing, I asked him for help, because I was with my daughter It's easier if he can look up the barcode or replace another one. he was just keep ignoring my request, while he wasn't busy at all. He was so lazy I literally asked him three times, his reply was I'll look for the item, but no action. I waited for a response or replacement for 10min and because I was with my kid I had to give up that item. My daughter was very upset because that's the toy She picked herself. They also removed all shopping bags from bagging area. Never seen any Target worse than this one.

Like most Target stores, this one is also very clean and spacious to shop in. They offer a wide variety of items and things at okay prices, they even have a small grocery section for fresh produce and baked goodies. And they have a pharmacy too.
