Best quality phones .for the money!!! And the staff blew my mine very professional and knowledgeable. Very impress with the young man that help me and my farther . Dad's not in good health . It was amazing how kind this young man was to him . Very patient and didn't treat him in different over his disability even walked out and open the door for him . Customer services was heart touching . Good to see such a young man . Be that professional. Service and prices are very good also. Large selection of phones! I wish they had more stars 5 star business .

***BUYER BEWARE*** Been with Metro prob 6 months and me and my wife have faithfully kept insurance on our phones. My wife dropped her phone and done a claim to get it replaced only to find out that Metro had let our insurance lapse last month. Instead of telling us that our insurance was going up $3 they took it upon themselves to cancel it without warning. Bad Business in my opinion. If this is the service you want then Metro has got you!!!!!! Went to Cricket and I'm 110% satisfied. Should've been with Cricket the whole time. Goodbye Metro, hope that $3 was worth losing my business.....

I stopped by to pick up a cord for charging my phone. They were a little bit busy i was greeted and insured they woukd be with me asap. I was on my way to a Dr. Appt. So i came back to find t h e cord waiting for me . great staff. Ive had metroPCS for a few years cant beat the price . stop by for great service and quality products. And for people paying their bill keepin mind you can do so at "My Metro" fast and easy

Great employees very knowledgeable about their product. I'm relocating from the beach to this area. I highly recommend this location for all your cell needs. And definitely take advantage of their amazing deal of 4 lines for $100 including tax pulse 4 free phones.!!! Awesome place.

I have to go outside my home to make calls, and sometimes I have to go to this storefront to make calls. I live about a mile from this place. They come out of this store and interrupt my calls. I've paid ahead 6 months, and they will not refund my money. I had perfect service before this store was there and started riding on Team Mobile .

Buyers beware !!! Phones are all poor quality. I bought a phone and plan from them and within a week the phone was acting up doing all sorts of random things. All they wanted to do is send off for a refurbished phone. So I get the refurb phone which within a day is worse than the first one. After numerous trips to the store and phone calls trying to just get a different phone I got the runaround and ignored and told I had to deal with what I had. What kind of company doesn't stand behind a product or even try to make a customer happy? Hopefully they get shut down before too many people get ripped off and treated like garbage. This place is only cares about getting you roped in and getting that money. Once they have your money don't count on them backing up their products or service. Worst retail experience of my life.
