Pizza Hut in Ruckersville va cancelled my order without my permission or knowledge. When I enquired about where my order was she said it was cancelled and I asked why and how she could do that and she replied because she felt like it. That will be the last time I ordered from that location. I had no problem with dominos taking my money or delivering my food. ~Trish

Heather is by far our favorite stylist! She always does a great job each visit. Today my daughter received her first hair cut at a salon and Heather was very patient! We’re so happy we had her as our stylist for Madelyn’s first hair cut! Service: Hairstyling ~Samantha

I'd give negative stars if I could. The service has gone completely down hill, and that's being generous allowing for pandemic staff shortages. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes just to order, once I got to the speaker I was told they'd be right with me. No problem, it was lunch time, but then I waited at least another 5 minutes all the time listening to every word said for the cars ahead of me because the microphone was left on. I ordered a kids meal and 2 #3 chicken nugget meals with a large coke and bbq sauce for one and ranch and a large sweet tea for the other. I'm then told "I ain't got coke pick something else" so we chose root beer. At the window I got the drinks and one meal and a kids meal was when I didn't leave was told I was done. I said " I should have one more chicken nugget meal" and was told I would have to pull up. Almost 5 more minutes later someone brought out the bag. When I got home 20 minutes later the I had 1 chicken combo, 1 kids meal, and the bag I waited for which contained 8 nuggets, no sauce, and the tea was unsweetened. Honestly this is beyond poor service, the receipt was correct and I certainly was charged for everything but clearly it's too difficult to pay attention to what is being served. I go there from time to time because there's not many other choices and it's something every time but this is over the top. The ONLY positive is the young man who collected the money, he is always polite and professional, even when you hear nothing but chaos in the background. I did attempt to call but no one answers, the management should be embarrassed by this mess. ~Chris

I may just be overly sensitive because I am a hardworking momma who never pampers herself. I was expecting a pedicure- soap suds, scrubbing, massaging, maybe get a little extra and throw in the little wax or smell goods. Nothing! :( I had no soap, foot softener, or nothing. After practically crying and looking at my dry feet, she offered to repaint them as they looked as if a child painted them- they were still dry & poorly done. I tried explaining what would help, not sure it would help. It’s sad because they are sweet just not pleased with their work ~Tiffany

I have been calling for 3 days now. The wrong over fried chicken was given to us and a manager or owner will jot return our calls.... it's been 3 days already. Charlottesville kfc has even tried to help with no response. This is the dried up chicken wings we received. A 12 piece bucket came with an 18 piece.... I'm sure it's because they knew it was small, dried up, and trash. ~Van
