An absolutely horrible place to visit and despicable beings to deal with. They are a nasty collection of decidedly uncouth, unprofessional and unpleasant individuals to encounter. Thankfully there are a number of alternatives in the county, in very close proximity, so that my dealings with the white-coat clad dredges of LabCorp shan't recur.

Staff very nasty. This place is closed from 12 till 1 for lunch. Doesn't say online anything about this lunch break. If u get there 1140 20 MIN before lunch they want even let u in.

Terrible Checkin / waiting experience. You must have an appointment here, even though they explicitly state that they welcome walk-ins- after waiting 45 min and calling me in for my turn, they didn’t allow my son in since he was waiting outside. Even Though they offer a “wait where you’re comfortable” option. I ended up leaving the place without getting my lab work done. I hope not to be back at this place again. I will definitely go to quest the next time.

I try not to leave reviews where they're not directly applicable, since my problems aren't with this lab location itself, but with Labcorp's testing center - but I have no other way to warn and discourage people than to do it publicly. YMMV. My girlfriend and I booked Travel PCR tests through Labcorp on the 30th in order to cross the border into Canada. Canadian requirements are that your PCR test result be obtained within 72 hours of your arrival at the border. Labcorp happily took our $120 USD per test, and fortuitously enough - my result arrived the following morning. My girlfriend wasn't as lucky - and ultimately we did not receive her test result until the following Monday evening, which was more than 96 hours later. Since that meant having to spend $225 USD on a rapid PCR test at the border crossing, we tried to obtain a refund for her test - why would anyone spend on a PCR test for travel purposes if the result doesn't arrive until it's useless anyway? Finding the correct number to call, and then being transferred several times before being put on indefinite hold made that an incredibly annoying experience. I haven't had such a poor customer service experience in a LONG time. TLDR: Don't buy a Travel PCR test from Labcorp. They're failing to meet the requirements for border travel.

This is the most horrible lab I was ever at. They have no staff what so ever, they are capable of servicing three patients in one hour. the wait there is minimum of 2 hours and with all that they don't even provide more than 3 chairs. I was there today waiting in the hallway with a pregnant lady for over an hour and a half, I mean seriously who makes a pregnant lady stand on her feet for that long. AND after all that waiting we both left due to the unending wait!

I had to get my 19 month old baby blood drawn and it was the worst experience ever! I know a baby is hard to draw blood and the baby will cry but the person who drew his blood was inexperienced. He was repeating himself and walking in and out the door asking someone else if this is the right needle. He missed the baby’s vein and then pulled out and push back in and my baby made such a loud screech. The man didn’t even own up to his mistake just walks out the room. Then when he comes back with a different needle & someone else is helping him hold my baby. My baby has to get poked again screaming and the lady is yelling at me to talk to my baby like it was my fault he’s crying? She clearly wasn’t there when her coworker has to poke him twice. & it’s not always easy for the mother to talk when I was about to cry for my child who is scream begging to stop. But they’re employees messed up! The staff is rude, unorganized, and I would never recommend to go to this location!

What an amazing experience! They were so soft and gentle with my infant. Drawing blood is never enjoyable. They took an experience that I usually dread and turned it into a pleasant one! (Or as pleasant as it could get!)
