Terrible Checkin / waiting experience. You must have an appointment here, even though they explicitly state that they welcome walk-ins- after waiting 45 min and calling me in for my turn, they didn’t allow my son in since he was waiting outside. Even Though they offer a “wait where you’re comfortable” option. I ended up leaving the place without getting my lab work done. I hope not to be back at this place again. I will definitely go to quest the next time. ~Rachel
