I've always been scared of dentists but this place changed my mind. The doctor really cares and is very meticulous about her work, gives great advice, always has your best interest in mind, is very patient and has great bedside manners. It doesn't feel like going to the dentist at all. I did a veneer here (I'm very happy with it, excellent work) and I come regularly for cleanings and check ups and never had a complaint.

I am doing something I rarely do as many of you know. I'm updating and retracting my previous post. I could not have been more wrong. I wrote m y previous review after a long stay in the hospital which soured my opinion of medical practices generally and increased my stress, at the time. I came into the practice with a lot of work to be done, maybe too much work. 3 Root canals in one sitting and a few were infected. It was a lot of work for the doctor and nurse. I had one infection which was deep and I knew it, we went back and forth and he did a thorough job. Upon filling the holes with cement, I knew that there was still pain there even though I was under anesthesia. The staff and dentist could not have been more helpful or friendly. I had a trip a day later and flying after 3 root canals is not a wise idea. The infection did not go away and I had to see an emergency dentist at my destination. They did not have a qualified dentist to handle my needs. Meanwhile, Indian Rock prescribed me BETTER anti-biotics than the dentist's in Colorado and my pain went away fast. They also set up an expedited time to some and see what they could do to help me even though the place was fully booked. I even had to cancel on them because I was hospitalized 2 times in the following weeks. Overall, I have to thank the staff for being kind, professional, and hope that they ignore my previous post which was pain and hospitals talking and not very rational. I now have an appointment to see if we can crush the remaining problem. THANK YOU INDIAN ROCK and your WONDERFULSTAFF and the acumen of a truly professional doctor.

I just want to say how happy I am with this practice. When I needed a new dentist, they were able to see me within a few weeks when other area practices told me they only had openings for new patients several months from now due to the backlog from the pandemic. Since then, I have had several visits and multiple procedures and I have been continuously impressed with the demeanor and skill of the office staff, hygienists, and the dentist. They have handled all my insurance claims with ease. I have recommended Indian Rock Dental to many of my friends and coworkers.

Best Dentist I’ve ever been to! Kind, caring gentle & stress free!! Even the environment is relaxing! The staff: Jayme & Megan are welcoming & friendly. Rachel really cares about her patients, it makes a huge difference. My daughter loves her, and can’t stop raving about her. I feel the same way. It’s always a pleasure to visit! I went for an extraction last week, and it was painless. In fact it was so painless, I had to remind myself I even went for an extraction! I kept forgetting! I just had a cleaning/check-up here yesterday (my first time to the dentist in probably 4 years!) and I received GREAT service from both Dr. Fainman and dental hygienist Andrea :-) My appointment was scheduled for 12 on the dot and that's exactly what time I was seen; the whole process took less than thirty minutes! Both women are very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable in the presence of both! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking an annual cleaning. You'll be in great hands!
