This place has it all. And great customer service. If you find it cheaper online, they will match that price. And the selection of home goods and products is awesome.

We went in for a new coffee maker. The mini Keurig was on sale with lots of designer colors to choose from. The inventory is changing to back to school with lots of choices there too! Still a pretty cool store to just wander around and see all the cool stuff.

The line was so big when an old white man came in and started talking to the cashier, and everyone in the line started complaining and Vivian the cashier stated he only had a question, I asked her a question too and she send me to the line, I think because I was Hispanic she didn’t even answer my question, she proceeded to do something in the cash register with him. Every one started screaming no cuts! The cashier made a gesture with her hand like whatever. Then Kelly “the manager” came to open a resgister, we let her know about the cashier and she didn’t even care. Bed and Bath must treat their employees really bad for them to have such a bad customer service ???????

My mom and I went to the store today and looked for five items specifically they didn't have five items that we looked for they didn't have anything that we needed only about 15 people including the workers in the store but they were helpful hopefully they'll get some stuff and that we usually buy like for the sink

Got to be one of the saddest retail experiences I have had in memory. store understocked.. many shelves empty..no staff..2 overwhelmed, overworked people at the cash register and a cavernous store wo almost nobody.. the place is just waiting to die.. used to have lots of special, specific things for coffee..now 80% of the section is Kuric cups and almost nothing else.. been reading that bankruptcy or complete store shut down is imminent..I can see it.. won't go back.. years ago got curtains, bedding, gifts, towels and other kitchen stuff there.. place is just substandard

DO NOT buy the Galaxy Jade dish collection! I DO NOT recommend these dishes, they are a waste of money. My husband and I bought 2 of these after we bought our first home in March. We got rid of all our old dishes so we could upgrade to something new & much nicer. They may be beautiful but the quality unfortunately does not match their beauty, as it should. They break & chip very easily & are extremely fragile. The manufacturer (Baum) also does not honor its replacement policy. In lieu of returning it to the store, it asks to send photos of the damaged dishes via email and they will mail you new replacements free of charge. I was informed shipping would take 4-6 weeks & that they only replaced this collection but I never received any replacements from them. I had to take my damaged dishes & get replacements at the Bed Bath & Beyond store, which I was able to get hassle free thank goodness. These dishes are not worth the price given their shoddy quality...DO NOT BUY this collection or anything manufactured by Baum! I think Bed Bath & Beyond should seriously reconsider distributing products by Baum. This applies to all Bed Bath & Beyond locations. I purchased this in Chula Vista, CA.
