I took my car in and was told I DIDN'T NEED AN OIL CHANGE FOR ANOTHER 3000 MILES! Who does that? I forgot when I last had my oil changed. They said the level was ok along with all my other fluids but I had a break light out that they fixed for under $14. Also drained water out of cracked taillight and told me how to fix it myself with Gorilla tape. GREAT SERVICE!

State inspection. While I was there an employee told an elderly lady she did not need an oil change service and showed her how to read her message center in her car. He could have ripped her off and sold her another service. I will be going back there.

I got there at 4:30pm they were closing at 5pm, There was nobody there. All the employees were sitting around not doing anything. One employee comes up to me and he was very nice and tells the other employees that I’m there for an inspection. They tell him to tell me that if I have tint the machine is down, that I would need to come back Tuesday. My thought is you close soon and your closed tomorrow, you open back up Tuesday so your machine is going to magically be fix when you open back up on Tuesday. So I called to speak to the manager and he tells me that the tint machine is up that he doesn’t know who told me that, then when I say I was literally just there and there was no cars and all the employees were sitting outside hanging out. Then he switches up and says oh you said the tint machine.. yea it’s broken at the moment and we don’t know when it will be up your welcome to come back Tuesday and see if it’s up and running or you can go to another Jeffry Lube. Smh if they didn’t want to do anything they could have just said that, not sit there and lie about it. So no I will not be taking my business back to jiffy Lube.

Jiffy Lube is ridiculous. Way over priced, but so comfortable extorting customers they "graciously" give you a discount book for future services. No man, you just ensured I'll give my money to your competitors.

All of the people who work here were honestly so kind and helpful. A vehicle break that could have set me back in a major way was quickly diagnosed and handled by the mechanic and other employees, who also gave me a general but quite informative lesson about the workings of the engine and transmission. Will definitely be coming here for all my basic car needs. I've also had a couple of state inspections done here and have been taken care of promptly Service: Transmission

Pulled up five minutes after opening and the lady already seemed impatient. Asked for an oil change, she stated it would be over an hour. She said she had five cars ahead of me and only two techs. The wait wouldn’t have been a problem as I had time to spare but she definitely seemed like she didn’t want me there and I wasn’t in the mood for that . I said no thanks and went down the street to Take 5 where they were smiling, happy and had me back on the road quickly.
