This is a great place, fast, efficient, and they really go above and beyond for their customers. My oil pan plug was broken (by previous oil change place) and the technician ran next door to the parts store and got me a new one. While I was there they were also helping someone with their windshield wipers. They were very professional with the oil change, and the prices are really reasonable. Highly recommend! Service: Oil change

Soon as i pulled in they tried to tell me my oil plug was stripped. I didnt buy into it took it across town to hoffman and they showed me the plug looks almost new. Dont let these people work on your car they will try to upsale you stuff that you dont need. Luckly i know enough about cars to know bs when hear it i was just trying to get an oil change in a hurry.

Price Gouging!!!! The location on Dixie replaced the old Valvoline, where I had gone for a couple of years. With no prices posted, they began the oil change, and then informed me of the cost. I bought the cheapest oil and it cost $108.99 before taxes. I drive a Dodge Caravan. It's not a luxury vehicle. If I had know that, I would have gone next door to NBT where an oil change is only $21.99. I will never again go to Strickland Brothers. Service: Oil change

Went back here not knowing the business had change hands. It's no longer a Valvoline express. Just needed an inspection. After the inspection rather than driving my Toyota Sequoia out, the kid pushed it out, right into their bushes. Added a photo to their page for proof. Lucky for them there was no damage. Never going back there!
