Just the opposite: fast, reasonable price, and given an appointment. Was done that day and below cost. As anyone knows chasing sensors in cars today is frightening. Not here. DONE. LOW COST. ON TIME!

Wish I could give zero stars. First off, Mike (the owner) is incredibly rude and has an attitude. He seems miserable. I asked for the mechanics to call me before doing work on my car to let me know the cost so I could prepare myself. They went ahead and did the work anyway without calling me to notify of how much it would be. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and called later in the evening on Tuesday to get an update on my car to see if they knew what was wrong with it. By the time I called they informed me that the work was already done and my car was ready... They told me what they had fixed over the phone, and the total sounded a bit high. So I did extensive research on the part replaced and the typical labor cost to fix the part and it was HALF of what they charged me for their labor. The worst part is that they didn't even get me a new part it was a USED one... I even asked a relative of mine who is a mechanic in central New Jersey and he said that the price was definitely too high. The labor for the part I needed is fairly easy according to my research, my relative mechanic and 20+ articles I looked at (specified to my car of course). I was charged $400 when it should've been around $200-$230. The labor alone should've been between $60-$100 but they charged me $230 for labor.... I've had problems in the past with these guys and should've never went back. I believe its because I am young (in my mid 20s) so I feel they took advantage of my age. I would never in my LIFE recommend this place to anyone. ever. All these other reviews must be buddies of his or something because there's no way...
