I would highly recommend NTB for anyone looking for prompt and excellent service. I was completely in a bind after a local dealership kept my car for a week with no communication that their mount and balance machine was down, and they would not have my car ready for my upcoming trip. I made a call to NTB and Kechia was extremely courteous and when I arrived, she and Cody met me outside with smiles on their faces ready to help. My car was complete in 15 minutes. The best service and great prices!

Came in for an alignment since I have a 5 year alignment contract with NTB. I was told I needed both cv axles replaced and a control arm. Over the span of 3 weeks from the start of August, I waited at least 20 hours in the store waiting for them to finish only to be told I had to get a rental car twice. When I came to pick up my car they said the alignment was done. The steering wheel was completely slanted to the left. So I went back immediately to have them fix it. They did the alignment again and said it should be only a little loose as it’s an older car but it was completely slanted to the right. I brought it back one last time and they finally corrected it. It’s upsetting to know that I wasn’t listened to as it wasn’t correctly aligned and was told that the reason might be their machine is old. I’ve had issues with the car after receiving it back. I brought it to another NTB that I trust and they said my wheel bearing is bad. This NTB did not catch that I had a bad wheel bearing. The car is bumpy ever since receiving it but I did not contact this NtB further due to the issues I had when I received my car back after the last 3 alignments. I still haven’t received a reimbursement for the cost of the second car rental. I was also told because of my wait I’d only pay half of what I needed, which I paid the first time. I’m still waiting to receive that money back as well and I paid it in full on August 6, 2022.

Customer service was good but the guy putting the tires on was on his phone most of the time and time is money for me.The price of the tires 75 each wasn't bad at all it was all the other charges that went with it it was over a $110 more than the tires cost I understand install where I'm from In ohio what ever they tell you for the tires cost that's with the install then they wouldn't balance the tires either siad their machine had to be fixed

1. Blake at NTB told me it would take 30 minutes to get tires installed. It took 90 minutes. 2. The tire sensor light came on less than a week later. Blake charged me $137 to fix it. 3. Two days later the sensor light was still on. After much debate Blake said he couldn’t do anything about it but he would refund my money (back in my card) if I came to the shop. 4. I drove 20 minutes to the shop & Blake told me because it was over $100 corporate NTB corporate would send me a check. (One week later, no check.) 5. Meanwhile Speedee Oil fixed the problem in 10 minutes for $120.

Used to get my oil changed here all the time. Made the appointment, put all my cars info in when I made the appointment, got there and was told the new management wasn't able to work on my type of car. If they had told me before I could have made an appointment somewhere else. Now I need to leave town TODAY and have no oil change. Uneducated and unprofessional

Charles, the district manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had new tires safely installed ahead of a big road trip with my infant. This wasn’t an easy task after the NTB corporate customer service assured me the tires I wanted would be in stock and scheduled my appointment with my local Asheville shop accordingly: when I arrived for service, of course the tires weren’t in stock. Charles was incredibly proactive and personally called all the local shops to find what I needed. Then he went by himself to pick them up! I couldn’t have felt better taken care of, truly. Charles is a rock star and I am so grateful. The rest of his team, including Kechia at the front desk and Cody in the mechanic crew, are also stellar. Friendly, helpful, and good humored. This team made getting new tires—something I was not looking forward to—an uplifting experience.

I've never once written a review but this is ridiculous. Had new tires put on and paid for an alignment, I get the car back and the alignment has clearly not been done properly, go to the other NTB store in town and they confirm "yes you're alignment is off", great I'm not just imagining it. They then proceed to "fix" the problem only to make it so much worse. My steering wheel is now crooked, one side is still not lined up correctly and now I have to fight the wheel just to keep the car going straight. I have to to in AGAIN to get this fixed and hopefully they can do it right this time.

Great service and Great customer service well be going back. They are short staffed but some how get the job done. I Love that you can do appointments online, but the only bad part is I was going to go to Tunnel rd store. My wife looked online today and found out they was Temporarily closed. Thank goodness I called the Ashland Ave one. The lady at the front was the best, she got me in at the time I was supposed to be at the other store. She Apologized for the inconvenience, They are short staffed at both locations so had no choice but to close that one. Man people need to get back to work. Thanks a million guy's at NBT on Ashland Ave in Asheville NC.
