I moved from NJ 2 years ago during Covid. It was very easy thanks to Stacy (who has since left) and Ray. I had visited before every thing shut down so I had the locker and they worked with me and made the process very easy. Great location & good people.

We have rented a small storage unit at StorQuest Scottsdale twice over the course of two consecutive Summers. A perfect facility to store the belongings of our local college-attending student (as we live out of state.) The facility is climate-controlled, clean, secure, convenient, and modern. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Parking and loading/unloading your storage unit is a breeze; super easy access and rolling carts supplied. Can't recommend StorQuest Scottsdale more highly; an outstanding facility.

I completed my transaction over the phone for a 5 x 7 at $100. I took care of the payment they said I needed to come in and bring my license. On the phone the young lady asked me about insurance my home insurance takes care of offsite insurance, which I told her. I live in another state I told her I would be back home on Saturday morning she said I could email it over she provide her email address I’m thinking great! I arrive and was greeted by a grumpy old man even though I complimented the office… crickets…eventually he told me that if he didn’t have the insurance in hand prior to me renting he couldn’t rent me the unit, well that’s a contradiction from what was told to me over the phone. In addition he pulls out of a pamphlet that says I need to carry vermin, flood, and mold insurance. First why would I carry flood insurance for a second floor unit? That’s preposterous! Secondly for mold and mice that’s something that you should be securing to me not the other way around ! I told them to credit my card back for what I already paid and I walked out terrible experience I can give it a zero I would.

I never have to worry about my property being damaged here. The climate controlled building is refreshing and keeps my values well kept. The ability to store my bike is a nice touch too. Tammy helped resolve any momentary issues if they arose. This is the place to rent.

This facility took really good care of me at a time when life was not so great. My family had just endured the unexpected loss of a sibling and so initially all his belongings were packed and shipped from Chicago to StorQuest here in Scottsdale AZ. Shortly thereafter, I started encountering some close calls when it came to the bad fires in California. So then I moved the more cherished items out of my CA home to this same facility. Finally, I decided to just sell the CA house and move permanently to a townhouse my family owns here in AZ. Since we had a tenant residing there for another year, again more storage was required last summer. Ray was so helpful in getting that all set up to make my move easier. The facility has always been clean and well run. I always felt my stuff was in safe hands there and am so thankful for their help over the past few years while my life was in transition.

The manager, Ray Lane, is a pleasant guy who was very helpful as I was planning my latest move. He cooperated in every way possible and was able to provide the space I needed (10' by 15') in a very convenient location close to the loading dock. This is the second time I have rented space from Ray. I returned because of the convenient location, the well maintained facility and the personal service provided by Ray.

My husband and I are currently between homes, waiting for a new build to finish. We started purchasing goods for the new place and realized we we had no place to put them. So, we walked into StorQuest today to get a small unit. Ray was extremely helpful and in short order, got us set up with a unit. He was professional and friendly. The units were clean, secure and climate controlled. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend them for your storage needs.
