Victor was extremely helpful and friendly! This location is a little further from my home vs Star Quest, but because of this and the ability to pull my car in, I chose you. Additionally, Star Quest said that I HAD to purchase their insurance vs my homeowners.

This storage facility is top notch! The manager, Victor, went above and beyond to provide THE best customer service and experience. When I first inquired about a space, there wasn’t a space that had an outlet available. But Victor told me he would try to find one. He followed through and got it done!!! Victor found a space with an outlet to store my work refrigerator. Not only that, he tested the outlet several times to ensure it worked and I would not have any problems! I’ll never go back to any other storage. Everything about my experience here at Life Storage is fantastic. People matter. Victor made the effort and that is a rare and valuable employee!

Amazing place! We’re Canadians and, in Sept 2020, we decided to sell our beautiful winter home in Az to downsize but also because we weren’t sure when we’d be able to get back due to Covid. A very stressful time as we had to manage the whole move from 2500 miles away. We did want to keep a few things tho in case we did get back and reestablish a place here so we had to find storage. Again, from 2500 miles away. I did some online research of reviews and locations and ended up calling Life Storage on 74th St, Scottsdale. So lucky we did! I spoke with Shawndra who could not have been more helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with, especially in our rather stressful, long-distance situation. Very honest and straight-forward. We ended up renting a 10 x 20 unit very conveniently located near the elevator on the 2nd floor and at a very reasonable price. A friend in Scottsdale assisted in getting the unit ready for the movers and locked up. I should add that any questions I had during our storage term were always answered fully and promptly. Then, 20 months later, we returned and finally saw our packed unit. We were so very pleased with the facility itself - so bright, clean and secure, great parking, convenient carts - and with our own unit which was indeed a great location and size. And I finally met Shawndra in person when I went to the office to end our rental after emptying our unit into our new place. She’s just as great in person! All in all, we could not have been happier with this Life Storage on 74th Street and its staff and would very strongly recommend it to others. A great experience all round!

I am very happy with my 10x15 storage unit and have been here for about 2 weeks now. Victor and Shauna are just very hard working lovely professional people. Their management style is very hands on and dedicated. Shauna keeps this place sparkling clean and safe. Victor brings a "cheers" atmosphere to this location friendly and he does know all his 1000+ customers by name. I have stored at almost every single storage company and regret I didn't find this location sooner. This is clean safe and affordable with a great location. 5 stars and a+ please keep up the good work.

I have moved around every few years my whole life and have been to many different storage facilities. I have never met more caring, genuine, and helpful people! Shawndra and Michael made my move much easier and truly brought joy to my day when I visited my unit. I highly recommend this storage facility!

This is my first experience with a storage facility... Very Impressive!!! I recently took a brief trip to another Life Storage in the area, and it was nowhere as clean and organized. Michael and Shawndra offer wonderful hospitality. When I come in I feel like I'm in a hotel lobby rather than a storage facility. Clean, organized, friendly, and just overall a happy place to be!

My experience with Life Storage was absolutely amazing. Staff was amazing , facility was spotless would diffently recommend them! I was in a pinch at the last minute of moving and Michael Rice at Life Storage said let me see what I can do. Within a short period of time he had us set up with a storage unit.
