Just recently I was looking for a storage that was reasonable in price and close to home. Extra Space on Greenfield was a perfect location for me. The staff is awesome and very friendly. After selecting a wrong size they were able to accommodate me with the size I wanted. Thank you again Britt and Anastasia for your help.

Manager Anastasia is great, but not so much the facility!! My rent prices went up over three times before I finally had to say I'm done and remove all my items. Original manager said she would fight to keep my rates. Never happened, end up being around double the price when finally left. ***To many price hikes*** Corporate office has Horrible customer service skills, good luck if you have to deal with "Mitch"!! Read the corporate reviews in Utah for yourself!!

I’ve rented storage at a couple of extra space locations, and this place is by far the best. Anastasia and Savannah are always there to accommodate my business needs, and the unit itself is very nice and insulated. Highly recommend!

Great customer service by Anastasia! She runs a tight ship. Update: We were with Extra space for 4 months and then they sent us a letter that they were going to raise our rates by about $75 a month... so we actually switched our 2 storage units to another storage facility (saving $150 a month), even though it was a pain. Still like Extra space, clean, well lit, but raising prices after only being with them a few months was 👎.
