As me and many others sit and wait for an attendant to open its doors even though it's over a half an hour past opening I couldn't help but share my experience. this placed was advertised to me at 200 a month with (first month free) none of that was true.. they charged me 350 a month for a unit way in the back. really thin hallways couldn't even fit my mattress or coffee table through. poor customer service. just all around bad. pick any where else for your storage needs. literally anywhere else would be better.

Not great for several reasons. Big problem for me. won't accept direct over the phone payment. Have to pay a second, third party. Will accept in person card payment. Strange. Can pay over the phone but get charged ten extra dollars. Facility is ok but some spaces don't have a roof. Homeless people rent here I believe. Not surprising given this location. Guy who works the desk is not pleasant. Had t o report him. My roommate rents a space and is waiting for a call back about unpleasant encounter with Jake. Dropped off items late last evening. No open customer spaces. Lot was being used for ball park parking. Who is getting the parking fee collected for this? Entrance to facility was still in force.

One of the MOST professional, friendly EXTREMELY stress free experiences I ever had with any rental company, and I'm 50 years, old! The gentleman at the front desk. was extra helpful. I went on line, did the lease, came in and paid, he took the time and showed me the map, told me where to park my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. I received a special first month rate, and was in and out. I parked my vehicle and was COMPLETELY satisfied. Any one needing rental spaces, I highly recommend this storage facility.

First time I’ve ever had to get a storage. I walked into this place with a headache! But Jake at the counter got us set in under 5mins and showed us the unit! I was there less then 10mins and he really took the stress out of this experience! Thank you Jake!

Nastiest and unsafe place since public storage took over And homeless are living inside the facility Sitting in the halls also laying down. Don’t use this place. RV was also damaged.
