Desk jockey offered to let next month's payment slide for I believe he said "oral gratificatiok?" Needless to say I left in a hurry. The way he looked at me made me feel disgusting. Not sure I'll even return to clear out my storage?

The storage place is conveniently located nearby places of residence. Easy gate access and prices are reasonable. Ms. Shawna Cammarota (Front desk) is very helpful and always cares for the customer's needs. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this location for all storage needs.

Storage is one of those for a reason or a season and in our case a season turned into a year and a half. Lol. Thankful to Shawna who assisted me today and yesterday in making account closure painless and simple over the phone. She has the nicest demeanor! Our time with this facility was smooth. All the options provided up front, auto pay, access, sizes of units varied. We chose this location half an hour from home due to being more cost effective than the rest and while prices went up, so did everyone else's so it's the nature of the beast. My only suggestion would be to add the access time 6-10pm to the website or voice mail information when the office is closed. One shouldn't have to drive over to read it on the gate as it's not available on the business card, site or recorded message. Thanks for housing our junk and may the boxes be with you!

I forgot he lady's name she was working April 5th at 930am. She was above and beyond we are currently living in he umom shelter around the corner and are getting exited so will be living in our car so needed a unit to put my kids belongings. She was amazing and took us to physically see how big the units were and was so kind helping us. I will definitely be sharing this companies information with other moms here at the shelter. As soon as I find her name I'll update this I really would love for her to get some recognition for the amazing customer service and kindness we very much needed when people hear homeless they look down on you she was amazing and made me feel like I was a person and not down.

Both Shawna and the price are amazing. Shawna because, she is just a nice person who wants to help you out. The price because, for a month or two I am Paying less than $100 bucks which is amazing.

Shawna is so sweet. The facility is nice, but I honestly make my business decisions based on how the people in the company perform their job requirements with ME. Professional and respectful are the deciding factor(s). And good communication is everything.

Miss Shawna has been amazing. The prices are a little high but she makes it completely worth paying she is absolutely wonderful her personality will brighten your day and if it wasn't for her I would have moved to a different storage unit. She has absolutely made this entire experience worthwhile and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone as long as she is working here

Please ask for Shawna Cammarota. Respectful, Excellent acquainting information and helpful at your pace. I was using Storage Units for the first time in my life. Had many questions prior to move-in and Shawna not only gave me all the information upfront, but also made sure I understand what to expect in terms of pricing and location. Rare to see that this days, as many places customer are just a number, but she was extremely helpful. She even helped me select the best size as per the needs and offered flexibility with my situation at the best rates. I don't generally leave reviews, but the service I got today from them (Shawna) and the cleanliness at the storage, I wanted to share it with others to leverage this business service. I hope she gets recognized for her great work :) Keep it up Storage Sense!

STAY AWAY!!! this place is not trustworthy. I had a unit for a few month, gave notice and moved out but they still charged me a full months rent and never gave me a refund despite multiple emails requesting it. Also I never actually signed the lease as their signing pad was down so the lady behind the desk forged my signature......... There are better and more trustworthy places right down the road
