One of the MOST professional, friendly EXTREMELY stress free experiences I ever had with any rental company, and I'm 50 years, old! The gentleman at the front desk. was extra helpful. I went on line, did the lease, came in and paid, he took the time and showed me the map, told me where to park my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. I received a special first month rate, and was in and out. I parked my vehicle and was COMPLETELY satisfied. Any one needing rental spaces, I highly recommend this storage facility. ~FreenChrist

We had a complicated move from a house in OR to an apartment in AZ and finally a house in AZ. So that meant multiple containers that went to different locations (smaller one went to apartment, then 6 months later the 16 ft went to the house). I changed dates multiple times because of issues with selling the house in OR. The OR driver even nestled our small container between a carport and a palm tree so it would be close to our townhouse gate. I was totally impressed. Then in AZ, we were in the apt looking for a house, so needed some things not everything. The 16 ft remained in storage. We were able to go to the PHX warehouse (drive inside where it was cool in August), consolidate what we didn't need in the apt into the 16 ft (because who packs perfectly the first time) and then go on our way. The 16 ft was delivered last week and picked up on time. The containers must be handled carefully because after 7 mos., our belongings were in perfect shape the way we packed them. No, they don’t move the stuff for you, but so what finding labor is easy. The price was reasonable, customer service was great - I couldn't be happier. ~Alex

Super efficient and friendly company. I needed a forklift last minute and C&M was able to assist me. Instead of saying no to my crazy request, Lorie and her team quickly pulled together a forklift and a crew at 4:30pm to load my truck the next day at noon. This was my third phone call to a rigging company in desperation and C&M was able to pull it off no problem. The arrived on-time as promised and everything went smoothly. This was my first interaction with them and I will keep them in mind next time I have a project in the area. Overall, wonderful experience. ~Shay

Storage is one of those for a reason or a season and in our case a season turned into a year and a half. Lol. Thankful to Shawna who assisted me today and yesterday in making account closure painless and simple over the phone. She has the nicest demeanor! Our time with this facility was smooth. All the options provided up front, auto pay, access, sizes of units varied. We chose this location half an hour from home due to being more cost effective than the rest and while prices went up, so did everyone else's so it's the nature of the beast. My only suggestion would be to add the access time 6-10pm to the website or voice mail information when the office is closed. One shouldn't have to drive over to read it on the gate as it's not available on the business card, site or recorded message. Thanks for housing our junk and may the boxes be with you! ~Ludmila
