My car was shaking severely when I would brake. On more than one occasion I thought I wouldn’t be able to stop in time so it’s overwhelmingly fantastic that the mechanics at friendly not only fixed the problem but now my car drives as if it were brand new again! Thank you again for the very pleasant customer service and great work! I drive almost an hour from my house to come to this shop because of their quality of work and because they don’t try to make me get more work done when they see I’m a woman. Needed a routine oil change; went to my usual business and they informed me they could not do it as my oil had turned to "sludge". After doing some research for a second opinion, I came upon Friendly Auto Centers. I called and made an appointment after speaking with the manager Arik. I also received a text to remind me of my appointment. Upon arrival, I was met by another employee in the office; explained my situation, and I was told they could resolve my problem, which I was thrilled to hear. I left my vehicle, and within two hours, had another text my vehicle work was completed. Again, I was met with friendly employees who reviewed what they had done and advised me what to do to avoid the same problem in the future. The price for all the work they did was very reasonable. I was thrilled to have my issue resolved. I will definitely be using them in the future! If you need trustworthy advice and service on your vehicle, I highly recommend Friendly Auto Centers! Friendly Auto is a wonderful place to do business. They are honest about repairs and fair with their prices. We had an unfortunate incident involving damage that was done to our car, and after listening to us they assumed full responsibility and had the repairs done at no cost to us. We were extremely grateful as we know that would not have been the case at many other auto centers today. Friendly Auto cares about quality service and satisfying their customers.

Friendly Auto was outstanding in helping me out! The window mechanism had broken on the drivers side door of my van. I really didn't know who to go to and called several places. Manny called me back after a fairly short time and was absolutely outstanding in easing my concern for where and how to get this fixed. He was quite certain right away what my problem was and set an appointment for the next day for the repair. I arrived and was receive a very friendly greeting! The gave me a ballpark estimate, confirmed cost once they knew exactly what it was, told me an approximate time when it would be done! They nailed EXCELLENT SERVICE in every way!!! Friendly Auto is my new go to place for my vehicles. They are Friendly and they have great service as well. I got an oil change recently and they found a few small issues. Instead of saying I need to repair them today I was given a few option including a timeline to repair in the future as needed. I got all the info sent via text while I was waiting for the oil change as well.

When Friendly Auto Repairs online site says, where every car leaves with a smile, it is not only words is is 100% fact!!! They are outstanding in every aspect!!! They know exactly how a business should be run and for care of customers. From making appointment, questions and through picking up car. My husband and I are 65 and 66 years old and Friendly Auto is the FIRST honest shop we ever found. I felt that in a sense they saved our life. Our car was down and we were walking to grocery stores and desperately needed a break in life. Friendly Auto replaced a fuel pump and battery in my 2000 Ford Taurus. They started on it earlier in morning than our appointment was for!!! It was ready that SAME day!!! Another shop wanted to keep it several days to check it out??!! The gentleman on phone was so nice and so polite. They sent me texts and emails with estimate and updates. They actually called when my car was finished!!! Never have I had a shop do that. My car was so clean and they even did an awesome cleaning on the wheels. Dusted inside also. I could not believe all this care!!! So YES my baby DID come home with a smile!!! To some in today's world it may seem a small thing, but when we picked up my car they gave us a calendar and key chain with measuring tape. How cool and how nice!!! It reminded me of days gone by with that extra little nice touch to appreciate the customer. If you had bad experiences with shops like us, PLEASE trust my review and call Friendly Auto. They deserve your business and you will be as happy with them as we are. They are a top grade shop in every category and HONEST. Did not try to upsell me. Only what was needed. Steve called me days earlier than I was scheduled to pick up the trailer I was renting and offered the extra days free of charge. He made sure I got the trailer that was in the best condition and tires he had on the lot. Also, he went above and beyond finding me the best deal on renting the trailer. Saved me $100s on the reservation. I’m so grateful for Friendly Auto Centers and their services. I can’t recommend them enough!

Friendly Auto Centers Is one of the best auto mechanics I’ve gone to in several years. They are up front with you and answer any and all questions you might have. I went in a week after my initial appointment to ask some general questions and they were more than helpful even taking the time to hook my truck up to the monitor to check on a couple things for me. First time using this business and definitely will come back for any car needs. I have already been recommending them to friends, family and co-workers. I spoke to Manny on the phone and in person very friendly and knowledgeable as was everyone there that I spoke to. I brought in my car the same day for transmission issues they worked on it immediately and I picked it up in only a couple of days.
