First time using this business and definitely will come back for any car needs. I have already been recommending them to friends, family and co-workers. I spoke to Manny on the phone and in person very friendly and knowledgeable as was everyone there that I spoke to. I brought in my car the same day for transmission issues they worked on it immediately and I picked it up in only a couple of days. I have never been treated better as a customer. Friendly staff is helpful & knowledgeable. I was in & out in less than hour despite having a European vehicle that requires more complicated service. The price was more than reasonable. My biggest problem with this business is that there is no obvious vehicle entrance. You need to enter by using the entrance to the building to the West & driving around the back. Some signage would be a big help. I would not hesitate to use this business again! I had an exceptional experience here. The staff was great, and they completed my vehicle in a timely manner! One thing I really appreciated was their honesty. Most places will tell you need things when you don’t, but they will show you proof. I went in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond and they cleaned my windshields, and put air in my tires for me. I would highly recommend! Just having purchased a Chrysler 300 from another Larry Miller location in Phoenix. I stopped in to have a minor detail taken care of. I was very pleased how quick it was taken care of. This location is the closest to my home. Will for sure return here form my maintenance needs in the future. Very helpful.
