I came in for an oil change and they didn’t have the oil for my car only the full synthetic oil so it cost over $100 for my oil change and then later I figured out they didn’t reattach the skid plate correctly so the skid plate is all bent now. They better fix it for free.

I had an exceptional experience here. The staff was great, and they completed my vehicle in a timely manner! One thing I really appreciated was their honesty. Most places will tell you need things when you don’t, but they will show you proof. I went in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond and they cleaned my windshields, and put air in my tires for me. I would highly recommend! The guys @ Store #1914 in Mesa are amazing. They are knowledgeable, understanding & respectful. When I went in for an air filter, it turned out I didn't have one. A year ago, a different Jiffy store forgot to put mine back in. Car made weird noises later, went to Honda dealership for inspection & had to buy another. Jiffy later reimbursed me but when Store #1914 informed me that my air filter was missing again, I was shocked. They put one in for free and changed my oil in less than 10 minutes. I've been using Jiffy Lube for all my cars for over 30 years & will continue to do so thanks to Jiffy employees like the ones @ Store #1914 in Mesa, AZ. Service: Oil change

I go to jiffy lube all the time but usually i go to the jiffy lube on country club and baseline they are always professional but this location im commenting on Is not. I ddrove in to have my o2 sensor replaced and the manager started anapping at me because i came in and tgen starts scussing at me and one of the mechanics i ended up just doing it myself but hey if you guys dont want my money its fine pep boys is closer

Manager was nice, however the employees seemed to be upset when i came in to get my oil changed like i inconvenienced them. Plus they didnt check my tires or top off any of the other fluids that I had to pay for since apparently that's not free anymore. I wont go back

We have been to this location 3 times now and we have had an overall good experience with them until today that my husband took our vehicle to get serviced. I was surprised to get a phone call from my husband saying they broke a hose in our vehicle while servicing it and said that they wouldn't charge for labor but we did have to pay for the hose that they broke!!! Now how does that even make any sense to have to pay for something they broke!! What should have been a simple oil change turned into an added on expense we definitely should not have had to pay for!! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

For a jiffy lube, my experience was unexpectedly wonderful! Like normal I didn't have to wait long but the employees there legitimately seem to care about my vehicle and were extremely knowledgeable at their job. This place definitely went above and beyond!

Omar and the team were great! Late on a Sunday afternoon, my "low oil pressure" light came and my car died. I called Jiffy and talked with the manager (Omar) who allowed me to have it towed to their location. Mind you, it was 3:25p and they were closing at 4:00p. Once there, he quickly evaluated and let me know that the company who had completed the oil change a few weeks prior (which was NOT Jiffy Lube) had probably not tightened the oil filter and another bolt which caused all the oil to leak out. He refilled the oil and tightened everything at NO CHARGE and likely prevented my engine from seizing. He did this in a short amount of time which I appreciated even more because I had my two young children with me. What could have been a disaster turned into a quick fix. Thank you, Omar and team!
