Surprisingly big selection for womens clothing. Front desk associate Brianna was friendly to all the men checking out but to me, a female, not so much. Could work on her customer service skills with all genders, it was a noticeable, rapid change. I’m a friendly person, I suppose she’s just judgemental. I’ll stick to going to other locations.

Visiting the store for the first time & want to say Nick in the Golf gripping area ~ gave me the Best service & Golf Galaxy don’t have as many of great customer service as Nick gave me!!!

Just purchased a new set of Ping irons and very happy with the service I received. It costs $100 for iron fitting but they will take that off the cost of clubs you purchased. Spent about 35 minutes in iron fitting with Ryan. I chose Ping irons because they are among the most customizable irons available. I purchased irons they had in stock and had them customized ( different shafts and bent 2 degrees) and ready for pick up in 2 days.

I am looking for new clubs and will look elsewhere. While I haven’t shopped at this store myself, I can tell by the reviews that it would be a waste of time and money. Perhaps GG should be reading the reviews as well.

Anthony and Dan both helped me with a putter fitting. They are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Customer Service is non existent. I bought a set of irons about 60 days ago, had an issue with the grips so I called the store and talked to a Peter the manager. He was very kind, agreed to do the install for me if I paid for the grips. I scheduled a driver fitting like Peter and I spoke of and took the irons in the be done while I was picking out a Driver. Talked to Aaron, who told me my problem with the grips didnt make sense to him and that my question on my new Titleist irons was irrelevant to him because he would never play with a titleist club. I had watched the customer ahead of me get twisted and storm out. I shook my head, grabbed my irons and quietly walked out. I refuse to get aggravated, this is a sport I love. Have to find a real store to spend money at. I will never go back. My advice is look for an alternative.

Decent store as expected. But the re-grip they did left 2 clubs totally out of alignment. I cannot understand how this is even possible since they have an alignment machine there. I can only guess that its lack of attention to the details by the grip installer.

I went to get new clubs in early October. Got a set that ended up really not workin out with graphite shafts and wedges with too much bounce. Was redirected to Mike. They gave me a discount on the other new set of clubs that worked out amazing and even counted one of the wedges as still new. They really do care and have proven then when a mistake is made they own it and make it right. I highly recommend this place and mike great job :)

Just went to this location today to get a new grip for my club. Grabbed the grip and took it over the service counter and asked one of the guys for help to which he replied “You just going to have to wait” in a very rude and unprofessional and “don’t want your business” manner. I too work on the service industry and know the importance to treat a customer with the utmost respect. This individual didn’t care whether I spend my money there or not. If you want to feel depreciated and small then by all means go and spend your money here. As for me, Golf Galaxy, you just lost a customer because your guy was too busy for me!

I asked a staff member to swing a used club and he said yes. Then Dan comes over and reprimanded me like child saying in order to swing a club I’d have to spend $100 for a fitting fee. How as a customer am I supposed to tell if a used club is okay without testing it? The rest of the store was well kept but it really put me off and will not be buying golf equipment from them.
