This was my first time here at this location. The customer service was awsome compare to the other place I use to go to. I even saw the guy wipe down my windshield which was incredibly nice of them and let me know my front brake pads were worn and willing to get me a quote. I thought that was pretty nice of them to go out of there way to check everything and make sure I was all ok. That was incredibly nice of them . Got oil changed. They checked everything, including A/C pressure. They did a good job, although a bit pricey. But they beat the cost of taking my car to a dealership.

Very expensive and unprofessional service, be careful. They did an oil change for me, I asked for good oil and it came out expensive, but the real problem is the following, This time someone else did it for me the service, he showed me how the car was leaking oil from the screw because they didn't tighten it, he removed it with his fingers without a tool, I was really lucky that it had not gone off the road and spilled all the oil could have ruined my car, the oil filter was also loose but fortunately it did not leak oil, I remember that day they had 2 young women working there but I did not look who did it. filter also the cheapest they could put. so be very careful. Very expensive and very bad service. I hope they take responsibility and I let them know and they left me on the phone waiting for someone who would give me an explanation but no one ever answered me very carefully.

I went to a different location in Chandler originally was treated poorly made a complaint and Frank the regional manager took care of me visiting this store in Mesa I was greeted by Ed who was gracious and kind and treated me like a good old buddy, he went over and above to make a friend this is key in business today! Trust is key and he earned that! I really appreciated his professionalism, as a salesperson myself I appreciate the fact he worked hard to make a friend, (if they like you they'll listen to you if they listen to you they trust you if they trust you they'll buy from you), I live by this and he nailed it! Frank Regional Rep went over and above to take care of of me! Totally five stars my new place to come back to!

They lied to me saying my car required the expensive synthetic oil. A quick Google search confirmed that. I'm sure I was profiled.....older woman who knows nothing about cars. Service: Oil change

The are rude and expensive. Double the price my normal place is. We had to look for someone to help us. They asked what we wanted. We said oil changes. They said leave your keys in the car it will ge 45 and walked away from us. My boyfriend and I where both confused stayed there long enough until we both shrugged and left. Came back an hour later for them to tell.us they didn't do anything since we disappeared on them.... then quoted $100 for a basic oil change. I asked why it was so expensive. He laughed and said cause you picked the most expensive place around.
