Ordered delivery from this store through Little Caesars app, pizza never came. Refused to refund our money. Spoke with a complete idiot at the store who said I have to call “door dash” to get my money back and of course door dash has no idea what is going on because we didn’t order through them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered a well done hot n ready. Said it would take 15 min. I was running late and went to pick it up after 30 mins. And it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes and then when I opened the box the pizza is soggy and undercooked. 4/10 would not recommend Edit: returned again and the pizza was well made and tasty. Go when Gavin is working. He makes the best pizza

I received the Most EXCELLENT order I have ever gotten from this restaurant!! The order literally looked like the picture on the Menu! It was the perfect temperature and the taste was Amazing! Kudos to the team on 8/16 lunch shift!!!

Ordered online with a slightly longer than usual wait. But they didn’t even get the pizza in the over until AFTER it was supposed to be done. Wasn’t done for another 20+ minutes.

Got here for a thin crust and breadstick. Was told 15 mins. I waited and came back in and was told they forgot to make the pizza and it would be another 10 mins. Took them 25 more than that. Maybe it’s just the nights crew because I come a distance because it’s always been a fast and good food experience. Today not so much

Had many bad expectations with this little Caesars. Ordered three pizzas had little to no cheese or sauce in the middle so I asked for a replacement . Not much better. Great place for kids to eat at a cheap price and close to school but for us never again!

Hot n Ready Pizza not ready, and menu board broken with no sign telling you to pull forward to order, let me sit for almost 5 minutes with no contact.

Management needs to put a sign on their drive-thru telling people that it no longer works. A simple sign stating out of order please pull to the next window will save a lot of people a lot of time in just sitting and waiting for their order to be taken.

Place an order at 4:22 through the app for 6:45 p.m. when I got there I found out the speaker was broke no sign stating that fact. I pulled up to the window I was told hold on a second 8 minutes later I was done waiting hit the horn. An employee came to the window set the dogs are never rang I said I've been waiting for 8 minutes what a guy told me just a second. I gave you my order number you still wanted my name forgot one of the two Mountain Dews I had to tell him the order even though it was right there in front of him. Then he had the audacity to say have a better day. Horrible service we'll go elsewhere next time

At the cost of gas prices and all the other bad things going on in this world we now have to deal with little Ceaser’s robbing us . So on 3/1/2022 I ordered a large Stromboli from the Swartz creek location, @ $16.95 for there large I was thinking that this was gonna be a good size Stromboli huh 🤔 not, this was basically a large crazy bread with barely any cheese and the meat was skimpy. So I say to you my friends oh how I miss Dave’s pizzeria. I’m Done! Buying this garbage. GOOD FOOD NOT CHEAP AND CHEAP FOOD NOT GOOD.
