3 adults and 3 little kids ordered. We were asked to pull into a space to wait for our food. The kids were NOT happy. Someone brought out a bag. We drove off. BIG MISTAKE! Don't EVER leave a McDonald's without first checking the order because APPARENTLY the people working there can't read. We were missing 3 items of food that were clearly listed on the receipt PLUS 1 item that was ordered & not entered. People it's NOT rocket science! 1. Read the order on the board. 2. Get the items. 3. Put them in the bag. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 4. Someone, preferably with at least a 6th grade education, double check the order that a. The items on the bagging slip match the things in the bag & b. THERE AREN'T ANY THINGS MISSING! So, with a 2 year old crying because they didn't have their ground up and artificially formed, almost chicken pieces, we had to drive back, out of our way, to get what we had already paid for. We did receive an, "I'm sorry" but GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would have given us a total refund. Typical!

There is absolutely no reason for the poor service my mother and I received when we were here. We waited at the counter to place our order for about five minutes while a huddle of employees were standing Behind and the counter and it seemed like there’s was some sort of argument happening. The girl taking (McKayla?) our order had a poor attitude and was taking to other people complaining in the middle of taking our order. We then waited another five minutes for an iced tea and a simple cup for a drink. Insanely disappointed. Y’all need a whole new crew or something.

They only get four stars but not for the lack of anything. They produce hot food and my order is always correct in the drive through. I go here when I have one a block away because of the quality and service. They are 7 miles away but worth the trip. Five stars are for fine dining which I don't do very often. Get you Mc D's here you won't regret it.

First off they told me the bagels coming back is a hoax. So they are lying to people. I just had one in Indiana the other day. Cashier would not respond to me trying to make conversation. Also guy at the presenting window got cocky because we asked for ketchup an said we have order that right when we order are food. They seemed like some Karen's. Also I did turn you into corporate. Have a lovely day

Friendly staff, drive-thru ordering was quick and helpful with menu items. Three orders of fries and two of them were lukewarm while the third was fresh. Total time spent in drive-thru was 10 minutes.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. The night shift employees are LAZY. The tall chunky blonde manager stands or sits around talking to the other employees about her personal drama. When there’s the other female manager (girl with piercings all over her face) on duty at night, the two sit outside talking badly about other employees, not even caring that the people in the drive thru can hear them. They take over 20 minutes to get a SINGLE ORDER done. All these employees here at night and yet it takes 20 minutes to move ONE CAR length forward in the drive thru. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Fire those lazy managers and hire new staff.

My husband & I have been here😉 2 or 3 times in the past few weeks. Each time the inside staff have gone above & beyond! They were all very polite and even came to the table to check & see if I needed refills on my Sweet Tea! The food was fresh & special requests made correctly! My only suggestion would be to cook the fries a tad longer...but I like mine crispy!

Very disappointed with the customer service in the drive thru. The person taking my order was non-engaging, dismissive, and treated me as though I were a nuisance. I took my money to Burger King instead, and received much better customer service. Please, please work on your customer service (upselling, engaging with the customer, generally being pleasant). Not a great way to start my day.

Don't expect them to bring food to the table like they are suppose to. Why offer that service if you don't do it. One shining star was the hot fudge sunday was amazing. I ask for extra fudge other places and the amount was way more then expected. Only reason for 3 stars.

This shake is horrible I can’t even drink it. I complained at the window that it was way to green and that it had so much mint in it that I couldn’t drink it. The window lady said “well that’s how they come” I ordered 2 shakes at the time what a waste of 10.00
