I had a storage unit here for over 10 years and never was late or missed a payment. I paid in advance of due date. I moved my things out over a week before the beginning of the month and had a one month credit. The owner refused to give me my one month payment back. That’s poor customer’s service!

I love the convenience and price, but I have a motorcycle and can't get out after hours due too the pressure plate not recognizing the weight of the bike. Need a key pad to be able to open the gate.

Unless you plan on having “insurance” on your belongings, don’t store things here!! I had mice destroy almost everything in my unit along with maggots and other bugs. The office will tell you that you should have had insurance and they don’t know what to tell you. Great business!! NOT!!
