The units themselves are good but expect your bill to go up over and over and over. At the beginning 164, 6 months later 179, 3 months later 198, a year later 228, and then 3 months later 239. So in 2 years it goes up 50%. I had another one there that did the same thing.

They charge $100 "auction fee" if you're payment is more than 30 days late, for no other reason than that they can. That's on top of late fees. No gutters over the doors so expect to get dripped on if it's raining. Frequently increased their rate. Find a better option.

Staff member Akacia was the star of the entire process, if she didn't have the answer she tried her best immediately to find out. Great place to store stuff and in my opinion is a serious competitor in the storage facility market.

Only issue I had was the website should mention there are two locations at two different addresses. We circled the location off of White Lake Rd. for a while. Not until I opened the email receipt of payment did I see there was a second address. Once we got to the locker it was clean and codes worked fine.

The price has almost doubled since I rented my storage unit. I've never has a place they puts thru so many increases. Also I have 2 units that are currently unaccessable. There is a big block.of ice and snow in front of both of my lockers. My rope to pull the door open is frozen in that pile so I cant get into my storage units. Went to the office and it was closed for a meeting. Called 3 days in a row and no one answers. I get sent to music. I called the main 1-800 number and left a message. No one called back. For what I pay this is horrible customer service.

The prices go up every 6 months like clockwork. Extremely disappointing. At the end of 6 months I received a letter in the mail saying my rent would go up. This place also charges you a fee to pay over the phone or put a payment in the mail, and Marcy will never take or respond to your phone calls.....ever. Only way to avoid a fee is set up automatic payment. Another point to remember is Marcy will not send you a text when payment is due as a friendly reminder, she will only send you a text when a late fee is added to your payment. Avoid Marcy and this location of storage rentals of America at all costs, truly unprofessional. And as you can tell if you've had a bad experience or repeated trouble as Marcy and this location will never answer or return phone calls, the owner will never follow up with you on here to resolve any issues if you leave bad feedback, he doesn't care. He will only respond to people that leave good feedback. If you dont believe me, look at the owners responses ONLY to good feedback......
