Often don't answer phone. Young manager is very rude. Rented mini bobcat and within 20 minutes of use track came off. Called and was given instructions on how to repair it. Not bring another machine or send someone to repair (12 miles away). After buying tools and losing 2 1/2 hours of use had to rent machine second day (didn't answer phone again for renewal either) returned machine and mentioned track coming off , extremely squeaky ungreased bogie wheels (according to complaining neighbors)., pin falling out of auger punk managers comment was "well that's on you, not like I came out there and sabotaged it"

Midstate personnel have been patient in helping me find the proper tool for home/farm projects. They've also provided helpful advice on maintenance and personal equipment parts. They're hands on experience with the equipment instilled confidence in their guidance. 5/18/2022: Rented a mini-excavator to remove/replace a culvert. Equipment was clean and worked well. Staff was very helpful in explaining what I needed to know about equipment. Job went smoothly.

Rented a Jack hammer a few years ago,they fixed me up with exactly what I needed to sink a sallow well, might be going back over there Saturday and rent it again, need to sink a well at my new place

This place is horrible my boyfriend had a unit here only one month behind and they took the unit out of his name and put it in my moms with no warning and no contact of doing so they feel like they don't have to follow the contract u sign and they are above the law. We have gotten a lawyer because now I'm unable to get my things including pictures of my kids and other things of sentimental value to me

We rented a huge leaf blower and it was very heavy they helped my husband load it because I couldn't.It ran good for half hour then started missing real bad would not blow leafs. With just my husband it was way to heavy for us to load so we just used our smaller blower to do leafs. Finally my husband was able to use some ramps to load it. We explained to the guy that it ran so bad we could not use it all he would do is refund $20 and it costed $45 . The guy was very rude and keeping the $25 was more important to him to keep $25 and not want to make it right. For $25 they lost our business and also when talking to other people we will never have a good thing to say about their businesses. I never would there storage buildings either because of the kind of people they are. They just aren't kind of people anybody could trust. Worst Rental Place We Have Ever Rented From!

Was a 5 star review until I had to downgrade them. Great place but no consideration for contractors/ frequent customers. Prices went up and they no longer are allowing me half day rentals. If you need it for an hour, you will pay for a full day. I've been a devoted customer but as of now I will be looking towards their own competition. Sorry fellas but you instigated that!
