First time in the building since it became Richardson Chevrolet.(Nice) Very helpful from the first step in door. We were there for recall work. 2 waiting areas that I saw, (both decent 5 year old enjoyed books and sitting at children's table) Every employee we came into contact with was helpful and friendly (start to finish). Service was fast (anticipated a much longer wait). We had a totally positive experience at Richardson!

For the longest time I wouldn’t shop for a car at a big dealership.. Just because the way you got swarmed outside the dealership!!! But that’s not the case at Richardson. Chrystian walk out to me and said, if there’s anything I can do for you just let me know and there’s coffee inside the store if you would like some.. When I walk into the store I told him what I wanted and that’s what he showed me. Because I know what I want!!! He’s very polite,respectful and easy to talk to, I enjoyed my time at Richardson‘s and I will be back!!! 💯%

Having been in the market and ready to buy a vehicle for about 4 weeks, I visited many dealerships and met a ton of sales people. I happened to stop by Richardson on my way back to the Detroit area from the UP. I found the perfect truck but beyond this, the sales staff were the best I’ve worked with. Dealing with Corey and Trevor was enjoyable and they exceeded my expectations. Truly, shout out to them both for not playing the annoying sales game I’ve experienced at all other dealerships!

I purchased a new Dodge Charger from Trevor at Richardson and very happy with the purchase. Trevor was great to work with went out of his way to make sure I could take the vehicle home that day. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they had the Charger at the Standish location and it took a very long time for them to get the paperwork transferred over from the Standish location. This is my second vehicle purchase from Richardson and I will definitely be a repeat customer
