My wife hit a deer and we took to to Don Rypma for body work. We detailed the work needed and when we got the car back they did not do all the requested repairs. When I got in the car to drive, all the lights were on the dashboard, these were working before taking it in for repair. We called to have them fix the computer issue and was told that they were not responsible. Very poor customer service and I will never recommend this business again.

This experience was excellent, especially not having a buying experience with this dealership prior. I searched for the specific car that I wanted on Chevrolet.com. Both the sales person, Steven, and finance director, Cyndy, were quick to return every message and question that I had. The turn around for my purchase was quick, and everything was explained very well, including all costs, which they worked with me on every step, as well as all of my new Camaro's features. Had to have my car towed to them recently due to transmission issues. When I picked it up my center cap to my rim , coincidentally the tire that would have needed to come off, was missing. This center cap was aluminum and bolted on. This was not some cheap hub cap type thing. I know for a fact it was there when it was towed and was not loose in any way. When I asked them about it , once when I picked it up and again 2 days later, they told me they never took the tire off. What made me give this 1* review is that they never even LOOKED around. Just told me it wasn’t there and brushed me off. A center cap to a rim may seem trivial to some but those rims were expensive. I will never do business with them again.
