Some interactions at this branch were professional and they were helpful, but after jumping through all their hoops for a promotion, calling several times and spending hours on the phone with the customer service line, they didn't follow through. The manager was dishonest and made up lies about past interactions, and went back on past promises. She had an attitude in the end, and I went and closed my US Bank account immediately after.

My corporate card expired. I called customer service to get a new one issued. I talked to 3 people and gave my card number 10 times. That's a actual count, not an exaggeration. I ended up giving up and am going to try to figure out who the company admin is that handles these... I'm so glad I stopped using US Bank 15 years ago for my personal banking needs.

Promised if I opened two accounts I wouldn't be charged the monthly fees. Worked great for about 4 months then monthly fees. Literally told by customer service that it was a valid charge and there was nothing they could do about it (its not valid if I was told there would be no fees). Crazy to me a company thats pays good money to aquire new customers is so willing to loose them over unethical practices (and a $19.95 charge). I was considering moving all my accounts (7 of them if you count business accounts) over but there's no chance now.

Warning don't go!! Leave!! Not sure what happen to this bank but in the end I closed it and had to pay 45$ in fees.

Oh MY GOSH.. I have had good service at the US Banks in Smiths, thus why I keep going to them. But I had the best customer service experience from a customer service representative Olivia. She was kind, amazing at her job and beyond helpful. She was personable and great to work with. Whoever hired her seriously did a solid for your company. Way to go Olivia!!!!!

Perfect. Friendly staff that want to talk to you about everything in your life except the thing you have come to the bank for. It is one thing to be friendly, but it is another to waste people's time chit-chatting... especially when there is a line. This isn't a one-time thing either, this is how they operate. As far as banking... meh. I've gone elsewhere recently.

If there's a zero I'd give it. The branch manager Brandon or whatever his name is the rudest punk I've ever met. He was rude over the phone and in person. Will never do business here again. They are slimy with their policies and procedures and they never take responsibility for their crap. Don't do business here. It's not worth the crap they'll give you. They authorized a negative charge on my account even though I opted to not let my account go into the negatives. And then they charged me for it and the branch manager wouldn't take the time to look it up and confirm it and see if there was something he can do to help. Instead he was loud and rude and wouldn't give me the time of day. Don't do business here. You'll be better off at Zions Bank
