I've been to this location multiple times since I moved close but I would say there day time early evening staff does a great job, they do a very well respected job, but night Staff well closing night Staff I can't say the same.. 3 times now they advertise your open till 4am all 3 times a fail first time they told me they where outta nacho fries then I proceeded to just order some normal tacos and they said they where outta beef I got frustrated and left and they danced and smiled as I drove by like they were happy to turn a polite nice customer away. I shrugged it off and let it go tried about 2 weeks ago same thing out of a bunch of stuff no biggie went to McDonald's but really a third time and I was there 5 mins before 1 am and it has a automated messaged asking me to place a order no one answers and I look down and says closed at 1 am due to maitance. After 12 am dont go here this place needs to just change there hours...

We dined in and it was a busy night through drive thru. There was no time for an employee to take orders at the counter. People were forced to order from the kiosk and some people walked out because of it. The new veggie burrito was delicious- my new favorite! It was pleasantly clean for how busy it was. The lobby was freezing cold. It's 63 degrees outside at 10pm and it was even colder indoors. Not a comfortable temperature!

Stopped for a late night snack at this location since it states online that they’re open until 4am on Saturday’s. There were three cars ahead of us and no one behind us, all three cars placed their orders…once we got to the speaker we were told they were closed for the night. Regardless of if you are closed or getting ready to close, we were thee LAST car in that line. Seems like the correct thing to do is take everyone’s orders, they couldn’t have closed their drawers while taking three orders prior. Slightly annoyed….

Just had the best taco bell I have ever had at this location. Didn't know taco bell could taste that good. Beans were fabulous, the taco was full of everything enjoyed every bite.

Good food, but they have a habit of forgetting at least 1 thing per order. Usually pretty good about compensating you if you get in touch with them, but still annoying when you don't get all the food you ordered.

Tacobell is always a fave of mine and this location is always pretty great. Very rarely do they mess up orders, even when busy

Not sure why they bothered remodeling this location they should have closed it. Never once have they gotten my order correct. I genuinely think they do things incorrectly intentionally because that staff thinks it’s funny or something. I literally have ordered a chicken power bowl, got it home to realize they didn’t put chicken in it. The main ingredient to the CHICKEN power bowl. Tonight we order chalupas with no sour cream or tomatoes to get them home and they have it on it. Like how. It is not hard, it’s more work to put it on there. It was listed on our receipt as no sour cream or tomato’s. This place needs to get it together.

It's pretty expensive, considering the low quality of the food offered. Service is okay, but they aren't any good if you have a special request, no tomatoes, for example. And in the drive thru, if you ask for more than the minimum of sauce packets, you'll be out of luck if you check the bag before you pull away. Taco Bell isn't what it used to be decades ago. The meat is absolutely awful, now, but for a quick bite on the go, it was alright, but with the prices now, you can do better at any other fast food joint.

Order accuracy not 100% , freshness is not guaranteed, poor quality preparation. Friendly staff and happy to charge you for food that wasn’t prepared correctly or fresh. Very disappointing.

I got the nachos gande. They looked good but as soon as I tried to eat them the chips were one big fried grease pile stuck together. There was no way I could eat them. I pulled some of the chips apart and they were soggy dripping with grease! I also found scramble eggs in them! We stopped here on a trip because I needed something to eat with with my medication. We will be stopping there on the way back later in the day to show them what they gave me.
