My husband was a victim of identity theft and we just filed a blotter report at Lehi Police and FBI recently. My husband was out of the country when someone had accessed on his Chase Bank online banking and transferred all of his savings to an unrecognized checkings account. When we reported this to the bank then it was found out that there was a name Larraine Diaz from California who was joined to his bank account then took all of his money. We were disappointed how the bank were able to let this woman joined account easily without proper verification. My husband’s Chase bank account was opened in Utah state through his company and it is very suspicious that a strange woman named LARRAINE DIAZ was accepted to join his bank account without my husband’s knowledge. My husband talked to Juan Gonzalez who assisted us with this case. He was indeed a good help. Today, November 14, 2022 around 14:30H, Me and my husband went to Traverse Mountain Lehi branch and spoke to Ashley who really did a great job in helping us solve our issues and answered some of our inquiries. All the employees we have met in this branch are all professionals. I would say my favorite is Ashley who attended us in a very timely manner and very customer-service oriented. Your service is excellent to customers when their time is being valued. Also I didn’t like in Chase bank is the customer support service that took forever to answer our call and even transferred us multiple times because they are not the right person to talk to. This was a call on November 14, 2022 at 14:10H Then at 11:37am with a call duration of 55 minutes it was also disappointing that we have experienced the same then even talked to a customer support named Jana who just hanged us up and never helped us. It was my husband’s money and every customer has right to know what is going on with their money. Heidi was the only customer support that I remembered who was kind on the phone and knowledgeable. Banks do not have products to sell but services only. Customers/investors keeps coming back because of the good service and never a bad service. If your service is bad then you are pushing customers away and they will invest their money instead to other banks whom they can put their trust instead.

Every time I go in it’s a 45min wait to meet with a banker. Went in on a Saturday at 2:05 to find the doors locked as their “temporary change of hours” has them close at 2:00 on Saturdays? When does a working person go to the bank if they’re only open for just a few hours on Saturday and you’d have to wait 45 min on your lunch break during the week

After being with Chase for 12+ years, I closed both of my accounts. If you ever have a big claim, in my case a vendor who didn’t deliver $2,609 in goods, good luck. Never had a more incompetent experience in my life. Spent 4-5 hours of my life and almost 6 months trying to get my money back. The branch manager, in my opinion, did little to nothing to help and I had to take matters into my own hands to get my money back. So once I got my money back after 15+ calls to the claims department and 4+ claims, I cancelled my account. Sorry Chase, customer service is everything and you totally dropped the ball. Everyone else though in this branch is awesome!

This branch is the definition of perfect. The staff is friendly, service oriented, quick to help with whatever you need. I've never been more pleased with a local Chase branch than I have been with this one. The ATM's are so easy to use and convenient that they are accessible 24/7/365! Deposit, withdrawal, or credit card payment, it can all be done with the ATM. I will definitely be using this bank as my primary bank for a long time.

It's one of the coolest Chase bank branch I ever seen. Inside the bank everything is neat and clean with right place, also had enough space. You could also feel the environment once you entered into branch. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. I went their to open my bank account and the lady banker over their, took my detail information and within few minutes I returned with my bank details. The staff are pretty knowledgeable about Chase bank process and products. I seen they are fluent in their procedure with the latest technologies. Highly recommended!
