I love my local Family Dollar. Would have given it five stars but they never wanna scan my phone for the smart coupons. Why have smart coupons if you don't offer or remind you at the register or even let you try to use them? When I ask to scan my phone they never want to. That should be part of their job. On the other hand the employees and the manager are so nice that I hate giving them only four stars. Could you please ask at the register "would you like to scan your phone"? This is the East side Family Dollar. I JUST feel like I am bothering them when I ask if they can scan my phone. I have been told by an employee yesterday that some customers have different smart coupons then other people do on their phones. That would be a good reason to let me scan my phone. I felt like saying "Humour me". Sorry for the trouble, you know?
