Excellent experience. I got the perfect piano for me at a great price. Eli was unbelievably helpful and so knowledgeable. Also provided a complimentary follow up tuning after piano has had chance to settle. Highly recommend.

My kids have taken lessons at Piano Mill for almost 3 years - one child plays piano and the other guitar. The teachers and staff are wonderful. The price is very reasonable. My kids have learned a lot and really enjoy their lessons. Great place!

I really want to thank Rob Norris of Piano Mill. We purchased a Yamaha Disklavier C3 from him and were really happy with the entire experience. I really needed to trust the store that sent the piano because we were buying sight unseen and having shipped to us in Hawaii. Rob coordinated the shipping seamlessly so that the piano would arrive damage free. It was so unscathed that I couldn't believe my ears when it arrived and it was still in tune. I'm so glad that everything worked as described- Disklavier fully functioning and no sound board problems. I rarely leave feedback on such forums but exceptional service warrants public praise. This is truly a family own business. Eli who had helped me picking out my piano was so genuine and knowledgeable. Mine experience was nothing more but Amazing and very satisfied. The Price and quality of pianos is very reasonable, please do not compare in price becuase every piece is different we cant price match them base on the look but rather through the quality of sound. PLEASE show some support to local business like Piano Mill because they deserve it!!
