Best piano repair service in Rockland, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I really want to thank Rob Norris of Piano Mill. We purchased a Yamaha Disklavier C3 from him and were really happy with the entire experience. I really needed to trust the store that sent the piano because we were buying sight unseen and having shipped to us in Hawaii. Rob coordinated the shipping seamlessly so that the piano would arrive damage free. It was so unscathed that I couldn't believe my ears when it arrived and it was still in tune. I'm so glad that everything worked as described- Disklavier fully functioning and no sound board problems. I rarely leave feedback on such forums but exceptional service warrants public praise.
