Okay, So I was going to be nice but after trying to call 7 times to speak with a manager, I'm done. I ordered off of DoorDash a chicken sandwich requesting for the tomato to be removed with baconator fries. I received regular fries and only a tomato in-between two buns. I'm extremely upset and frustrated because it took over an hour for it to be rectified. I just wanted my food. The cashier on the Wendy's receipt says "Jason". This isn't the first time this has happened when I ordered from Wendy's, but this will be the last. It's ashame to cause Wendy's food is good.

Absolutely trash. Every person who works there has to be a faithful methadone clinic user. I even seen the young man have track marks and bruises. On his arms at the drive thru .

Just came from this Wendy's and it's the last time I'll come there. Drive through window attendant was seemingly overwhelmed. Order person was fine, but the window guy was just generally unfriendly and unengaged throughout the interaction. He scoffed when I asked for a receipt, he objected when I asked for a straw for my kid's frosty cuz it comes with a spoon. Then I get home, and my 4 piece nuggets had only 3 pieces, and the fries are soggy and literally half full. Can't you hire people who can count to four ffs? It's not that hard to make people happy at a fast food joint. Fast friendly service, and get the order right. Why would I come back if I experienced none of those qualities?

What an awful customer service experience! The so called supervisor was rude and one of the girls even closed the drive tru window when we tried to complain about our order (had to order twice a hamburger with no cheese and only ketchup and they claimed we order a cheeseburger). Rude and full of themselves kids…

I normally just brush these things off but I am absolutely appalled by how I was treated as a customer last night in the drive thru . I always greet workers by asking how their day is going to which the response was what do you want. no problem, continue to order. My girlfriend then leans over to my seat to order and he responded you need to be in a car to order. I responded with my apologies but we are in a car. Then was told "this is a drive through, have you never been through one before only the driver is to speak to me" at that point I pulled away. That employee then had the audacity to be shaking his head at me as i pulled away. From reading other reviews upper management really needs to focus on retraining these employees on how to treat a customer. (i believe the gentleman i dealt with was the on shift manager as i noticed his blue collared shirt as i passed the window and he was shaking his head at me) This was unacceptable to say the least. This incident occurred 7/14/22 @ approx 945 pm

This is supposed to be the cheddar bacon BURGER. This is the second time ive come to this wendys and they gave me a chicken patty INSTEAD of my patty and no one answers when I call. This is ridiculous dont come to this wendys.

The night crew always messes up the orders. These early 20 year olds are careless but what else do you expect from these kids , they need to get out of the kitchen and find another job to hate , this location needs to get rid of the current employees and find some that can do simple tasks like get a burger right.. if I could give negative stars I would.. the owner of this Wendy’s should be embarrassed to have such bad service and so many 1 star reviews. This establishment stinks of hot dog water and cigarettes. Absolutely wild

Miserable miserable miserable employees, actually jarring to hear the tone over the speaker when you pull up. Burgers are always thrown together by someone who clearly hates their life. Dry and minimal toppings all stuffed into the middle, so all the outside bites are just straight meat and bun. Night and day compared to the Abington location, which is staffed by equally young people. You have to really make an effort to get me to complain about a fast food joint but here I am lol. This place needs to fire and rehire everyone, starting with the miserable manager, this man straight faced just handed me two warm sodas with no ice 😂

35 Minutes in the drive thru just to place an order. Rude staff that act like you are inconveniencing them by doing their JOB. Staff are fooling around and laughing with each other, yet rude to customers and take FOREVER. This location sucks so bad.
