I just went in during a snowstorm to get new windshield wipers since mine were falling off and the guys here were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered to help me install the blades but I was embarrassed to say yes so I said I’d like to try to do it on my own. It was freezing and I couldn’t get the old ones off so one gentleman came out to help, then a second one, and when we ran into a little trouble ( apparently I was putting them in the wrong side and they weren’t coming off easily to switch them) a third gentleman came out with tools to help. They corrected the problem, replaced my blades and never made me feel embarrassed about having to help. Totally made me believe in the good in mankind again. I highly recommend this auto parts store 💕
