Just spent $75 on windshield wipers. The guy wouldn’t put them on as advertised!!! It’s barley drizzling!!! We were going to even tip him!!! What happened to customer service? Would not recommend!!!

The guy behind the counter at the West Side advanced Auto was working by himself today and just one driver to deliver parts and he was very busy but he was doing a great job I'm keeping everyone happy and patient. I think his name was Lee but I'm not sure. That was today Monday. I purchase a lot of cleaning products from there and also a lot of paint Plus the hi temp red paint for the calipers. The prices are good and lifetime warranty on most of the parts that you buy. Never really had a problem with them other than a tool that I wanted to rent and it was not in at the time. Otherwise the Westside Advanced is pretty great in my opinion

This is my go-to place for quick stops for Auto Parts. It's conveniently located in the Shaw's Plaza and has lots of parking. It's easy to get in and out of and there is a very nice installation service for windshield wipers.

Bob, was a gentleman. He took my order and helped me know which battery was available for my car. He installed it despite the cold and I was able to go to work with a settled mind that when I get off I will be able to start my car. Bob also let me know that l would later get a text or email with coupons for the next time I buy stuff.

Crazy busy Saturday in the store and they had 2 employees call out. Under the unfortunate circumstances James went above and beyond to assist us in locating parts that were out of stock while answering multiple phones with extreme courtesy and patience, and ringing up customers all at the same time. He made the experience much better than it could have gone and deserves praise for not losing his mind as I know I would have! Thanks James for excellent service!

Nice staff. Didn't have what I needed in stock (intake hose). Shipped and picked up the following morning. Price is a little high but couldn't wait for Amazon to ship it 2-4 days.
