Our rep Julio was excellent we had all kinds of crazy questions and thoughts about new phones and he was able to calmly and politely and very nicely get us through it. No fault of his the system set our phones up when we weren't planning on having them set up till later and we had to go back to the store. he again was very helpful. My issue is that Verizon has way too many fees why in the world would there be a $70 fee to upgrade a phone that old is beyond me we are tied in for 3 years due to our new phones but I really I mean really don't like Verizons need for greed during this time it seems like you should pass some of your profits to your loyal customers My 5 star review was strictly due to Julio. you are lucky to have him. Verizon as a company would have received maybe 1 star. ~Betty

Went through the drive-thru at 12:30 a.m.. the workers proceeded to talk to their friend in the vehicle in front of me for 10 minutes. When I got to the window she handed me cold food and said there you go without even making eye contact. Sadly they use to be the good Wendy's. ~Kay

I went to Aspen Dental in Peabody Ma today and was pleased with every single person I came in contact with. The Doctors are incredible and the team they have listen and are kind and gentle. This process that I have been going through for the past 6 months has unfortunately been more bad experiences than good. I am happy to say that when I got there I was beyond stressed and wasn’t expecting a positive experience but to my surprise it was wonderful and I came out with a significant weight off my shoulders. I’ve been in forever 21 a couple times during the week this last month. There was one employee that was extremely helpful and very sweet! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and told me all about forever 21’s deals! She is in a wheel chair but she is the hardest working employer there! I have not been back to this store since it was still Sprint, but the customer service was horrible. They were not friendly or nice, and very aggressive when answering the two questions I had. It’s not about what was said, it’s the way it was said to me. I had additional questions, but due to their attitude I decided to just leave. I was already considering switching services, would rather give my money to a company where the customer service is better. ~Mariah
