Best cell phone store in Peabody, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Our rep Julio was excellent we had all kinds of crazy questions and thoughts about new phones and he was able to calmly and politely and very nicely get us through it. No fault of his the system set our phones up when we weren't planning on having them set up till later and we had to go back to the store. he again was very helpful. My issue is that Verizon has way too many fees why in the world would there be a $70 fee to upgrade a phone that old is beyond me we are tied in for 3 years due to our new phones but I really I mean really don't like Verizons need for greed during this time it seems like you should pass some of your profits to your loyal customers My 5 star review was strictly due to Julio. you are lucky to have him. Verizon as a company would have received maybe 1 star. ~Betty

I have not been back to this store since it was still Sprint, but the customer service was horrible. They were not friendly or nice, and very aggressive when answering the two questions I had. It’s not about what was said, it’s the way it was said to me. I had additional questions, but due to their attitude I decided to just leave. I was already considering switching services, would rather give my money to a company where the customer service is better. ~Mariah
