I don’t normally do this .. but I don’t want this small act of kindness to go unnoticed. While grabbing a few things at the Peabody @traderjoes I was having a quick conversation with the cashier. We chatted briefly about the Fourth of July and our plans and I had mentioned that it happened to be my birthday on the second. Quickly the cashier asked me if I didn’t mind waiting a moment until she came back which of course I said “no problem”. She returned back with a bouquet of flowers and let me know “these are on us - Happy Birthday!” It’s little moments like this that make you appreciate such a kind gesture. I have dealt with Brahm at this location multiple times. I’ve rented several vehicles from him and he’s always extremely accommodating and always take care of my requests even if they are last minuet. He’s super helpful and always answered every question I’ve had about my rentals. Even after I’ve returned my rentals he’s checked in with my to make sure I got my copy of the bill and made sure everything was all set. Will definitely be back to rent more cars through him! ~Catie

I went to this store and purchased 1 item. I own not looking at my receipt. When I got to my home I noticed I was charged for an Ice Tea which I don't even drink. The only thing I can think of is when I put my purse to get my cash out I had an empty Essentia water bottle in it which they dont sell (very hot day). Instead of her asking me about it she just charged me for an Ice Tea. Really! Smh. Learn to talk to people. ~Mardi

I absolutely love it here. I took my 4 month old puppy here for a check up and shots after taking him to Revere Pet Clinic, which was probably the worst thing I could’ve put my puppy through. The staff is so friendly and they all took the time to explain absolutely everything and answer all my questions. My puppy was very comfortable around them and when they had to give him his shots he didn’t even care or notice they put the needle in him. This is the one of the main things that made me realize how amazing this vet is. When I took him to Revere Pet Clinic he was yelping excessively and they were so aggressive with him. Considering that experience, I was so anxious going to this new vet despite hearing good things about them. When i walked into Borash it was a completely different environment, the room was bright and everyone there seemed so happy and very very nice. The way the nurse and doctor handled him was very gentle and I felt so much better when I was leaving this appointment. I’ve been recommending Borash to everyone I know that has a pet. ~rebecca

Extremely disappointing as they had what appeared to be a full stock of chips but would only sell them for online orders. We happen to have highly customized orders that can’t be placed on the app so the app is useless for us. Why would you only provide chips for online orders? ~Aaron

God awful, don't go anywhere near. Car seemed reliable and then literally a week later it won't start. Being told I need a battery replacement after the guy Franck said there were no issues with the car. Also, generally unprofessional and rude. Don't go there or deal with that guy unless you wanna be lied to and robbed. ~Annicka
