We reserved a Nissan rouge from this location (Hertz, Peabody, Ma.)and paid for it but when we pick it up there was none available. Do not trust this company not worth a try.

Absolute nightmare, car was not what we were told, was not clean, smelled of smoke and expired inspection sticker, Only a 1/4 tank of gas and was filthy on the outside as well, was told it was cleaned and sanitized - absolutely not! In addition they charged debit card , but when we went they said they need a major credit card, and they said they could hold with debit, but then changed their minds - RUN do not Walk away! DO NOT rent from there.

Customer service here hasn't always been the best but i'm much happier this time around, thanks to Mr. Sherma. My car selection was great at an affordable rate. Thanks for hiring amazing employees Hertz 🙂

I had some issues with my insurance company and the way things were billed but Bram (i think that's how you spell his name) straightened out and said the money would go back onto our account... sure enough, it did!

The day I picked up my rental was the day they moved , the People gave me a address of 55 Andover St , so Saturday at 11am I pulled into the address they gave me , I called 4 different numbers and no one answered any of them , so what do I do ? I figured I would wait till the next morning and explain to them the issued I had and they would realized it wasn't my fault for the car being dropped off a day late, but sure enough the place I finally found it at 255 Andover St , and nope they are not open but thank goodness there is a drop box for keys,so I had to head to the airport I could not wait for a human to arrive ,and sure enough I tryed to buy a drink at Logan airport my card declined hurtz charged me 90 dollars for a extra day that was not my fault , so folks please voice record everything that's going on address and times pics of the dash for miles and gas pics of whole inside and outside of t he e car so they don't try to charge you for things that don't applied to you becareful , next time I'm going to choose my rental place very carefully

I have dealt with Brahm at this location multiple times. I’ve rented several vehicles from him and he’s always extremely accommodating and always take care of my requests even if they are last minuet. He’s super helpful and always answered every question I’ve had about my rentals. Even after I’ve returned my rentals he’s checked in with my to make sure I got my copy of the bill and made sure everything was all set. Will definitely be back to rent more cars through him!

Got a Nissan Rogue while my car was in the shop. Not one option on this vehicle, no GPS, no voice command for the Bluetooth to make calls, no electric start, no instructions given on how to use anything. Rainy day and windshield literally unable to see out of. NO WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID. not a drop. Definitely unacceptable. Will not choose Hertz again.

Terms and conditions on website say they allow credit, debit, and cash. They allowed me to book a car on my debit card. When I went to pick up with the car I had the same debit card I was told no debit cards allowed for the 300 dollar hold. I told him to run my card as credit. They refused saying it's not a credit card. (I swipe it as credit all the time) I pulled up the website and terms & conditions in front of staff and was told they changed the terms 8 months ago and never updated the website. They literally left me stranded with no car that I needed for a ski trip. Also refused to refund my rental fee. Hertz is the worst rental place on earth. Just went to enterprise with the same debit card and got a brand new truck with 50 miles on it. Don't ever use hertz rent a car.

I rented a almost brand new van with all the fixings for a few days while my car was at a bodyshop. The people at hertz took really good care of me because i left my debit card in the van after returning it and they called me right away to tell me i could swing by and pick it up. I was informed of all the charges beforehand and didn't feel like anything was left out or overlooked. If i have to rent a vehicle again, i know just where to go
