There is nothing that I hate more then people trying to get more money out of you. I cracked my laptop screen. The screen works fine. Just cracked. Replaced it a few times by myself in the past. Called and asked how much it cost just to replace the glass and gave him the exact model. Didn't ask to fix the laptop. Just an inductive number.. the guy kept pushing to come over so they can make up some more problems. Don't understand this kind of business. If I'll call a garage and ask how much it costs to replace a tire they will know. Same thing with every professional. Don't go there. They might do a good job, but definitely will rip you off

They went for keyboard fix and they ended up reworking the laptop completely, literally looked like I just pulled it out of the box it came in. Great and reliable place

I just got a used Mac Pro from these guys. Super nice. Very professional. They tweaked it and made it perfect for my needs. They have tons of stock too, so they probably have whatever you are looking for. I thought I would have to go to LA or order something online but they are right here in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

I have had my MacBook break down in multiple different ways over the past year and every single time they had a new excuse. Coming to realize they don’t know anything about computers whatsoever. It’s all just a money scam. I totally regret giving them business. If you want a refurbished computer go online, it’s cheaper and a million times more reliable than these hacks.

It was such a smooth process, and getting approved for a payment plan is effortless. You don't even need credit! I actually had a small issue and Mike was extremely apologetic and sincere in his apology, he even offered me a free laptop case to reconcile without me asking for anything.
